This McDonald's is the only McDonald's I've seen to have outlets at every seating. A VERY VERY CONVENIENT THING for many. The customer service is quick, precise and friendly. This location is always stocked clean n functional as well.

This is hands down the best location in Houston. The food is always fresh and tastes GOOD. I've NEVER had a bad experience or bad food here. This is what all locations should model after. Whoever is in charge of making this location be this great needs recognition!

The lobby and restroom was clean but the customer service was very poor. they had plenty of staff but no one paid attention or urgency for the lobby customers. i waited over 10 mins for only a small orange juice and watched customers after me receive their MEALS. i walked out without my order. the older lady (green shirt, glasses) that took my order in the front looked like she did not want to be there, at all.

McDonald's food is starting to suck it's not like it was when back in the day when it first started was number one now the food taste like old tough and a meat pads doesn't even seem real The customer service represented and managers has gotten a raise they making good money but they treat the customers like crap they rude they disrespectful and they act like they pay for the napkins they keep them behind the counter and issue them to you one maybe two at a time I'm stop eating at McDonald's and I'm telling everyone that I know stop eating at McDonald's The food is not good and the grease ain't good and the fries have bacteria in them Take a McDonald's burger put it in your refrigerator and leave it there for 24 hours and see how it look matter of fact leave it in there for a week and see how it look McDonald's burgers does not spoil mold because it has so much fake food in it it's not even real but their feeding us will kill us later but we keep eating because we're too lazy to fix our own food
