Just left there and my entire order is cold. Fries and nuggets are cold and can tell they are very old and have been sitting out. Burgers cold. Not sure why food is served this way. It touches multiple hands before getting out so that shouldn't happen. This is definitely one of the worst McDonald's in all of Houston. When it comes to service and management. They are lacking. Food is terrible.

Unacceptable and unprofessional experience at the drive-thru around midnight. Even though the correct order code was given, the staff still got the order wrong. Instead of simply correcting the issue, one of the workers became loud, rude, and used profanity — right in front of a child sitting in the car.

The customer receiving the incorrect meal was Hispanic and clearly struggling with a language barrier. Instead of being patient or respectful, the staff acted irritated and dismissive, making the situation worse.

Another employee tried to step in and help translate, but even they were spoken to rudely by a coworker. It was clear there was tension among the staff, and they had no problem showing it in front of customers.

This whole situation could’ve been handled with basic communication and professionalism. Instead, it was chaotic, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for a late-night customer service interaction — especially with a child watching it all happen.

I’ve literally been sitting in drive-through for five minutes. No employee has greeted me asked me to hold on or anything like that like I guess we’re busy. It’s a fast food restaurant but customer service here sucks like it’s literally every day like this and I blame management for poor tainnng

The old lady with the thick glasses by the name of Kim, working the first window drive-thru at 8:40 PM on 06/30/2025, was VERY disrespectful, racist, and unprofessional. I placed a mobile order for my family to pick up, and she rushed and yelled at them, unwarranted.

She was behaving extremely unhinged, waving her arms, and kept repeating, “I have customers in line.” while my mom was just trying to clarify that the order was the correct one because it didn’t print correctly on the receipt. My mom was at the drive-thru and let me speak to this lady over the phone to clarify because again, I’m the one who placed the mobile order for my family. This lady was shouting “I don’t want to talk to anyone on the phone”, claimed I was “cutting her off” while SHE was speaking very erratically, and then said she “couldn’t understand what this Spanish lady is saying because of her accent” (we’re not even Hispanic). To reiterate, she was incredibly disrespectful from the start but became even more deranged as my mom was speaking to me on the phone in another language as I told her to put me on speaker so that I could break it down for her. Throughout the whole entire interaction, she was extremely combative, leaning out of the drive-thru window in a threatening manner. My family had to go inside to dispute it and the workers pulled up the correct order and apologized.

Kim (or whatever it goes by) needs to turn to the lord and seek help - read the other reviews where they detail the same experience.

MS. KIM NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP!!!!!!!!!
No words can explain how angry I am. She was in the drive through taking the order being extremely rude, yelling and saying to SPEAK ENGLISH because she doesn’t understand Spanish when the order was given in English she was just hearing an accent. This is the SECOND TIME THIS HAPPENS WITH HER. Everyone else in staff has been nice any time that I have came. She has been the only one being racist. I’ll be calling corporate soon to leave a complaint for her specifically! No employee should represent any establishment that way. I can’t imagine how many people she has encountered and acted that way. I’m not one to leave reviews but this one topped it for me to have my mother treated that way. SHE NEEDS TO GO

Guys. Dont order from here. I went there at 2:30 Am and literally. One guy working. No gloves or anything. Takes the money with his bare hands and makes the food with it. And whats even worse. When he opened the drive through window i swear a strong wiff of weed entered my car. And the guy looked high. Seriously ? What is this nastiness
