BAD CERVICE SERVING WITH BAD CHARACTER
I order the rib burger after midnight, taste pretty good. It actually surprised me. It only allow drive throw after mid night, speed is a little slow, but it’s okay.

Order a small meal and asked for everything to be hot and ready. Fries were cold and the double cheese burger was not hot at all. Cheese was not even close to be melted. Also the nuggets were not hot. Wow! Have to better than this.

Worst McDonalds ever , they always have a attitude, rude and wrong , we looked into the bag there was food missing so we tell them at the window , Karen ig the manager comes screaming at the window I only got 2 meals yet I had 3 drinks in my hand while she holding the receipt in her hand then she proceeded to say “are you sure “ “ are you sure “ because I bagged the food myself , well you didn’t do a good job , from the moment we seen it was missing we honked to let them know , they took 4 mins to even acknowledge us , so now she wants all the food back and we have to park , the crazy part was my husband the one who said the food messing and said some but she just came at me assuming I was lying , never that but if I payed for it or it’s included I want it , we park she brings the food with a attitude, it’s so hard to be the bigger person sometimes , I asked did we did new food or the food everyone touched , she says you have new food , she said I thought you said you didn’t getting at all not that there was something missing , she didn’t even listen to the customer before reacting or even understood what I was saying before just screaming through the window and that’s the worst customer service ever , when I worked for this owner this wasn’t allowed ig times changed
Bad service, they overcharged me, they were supposed to give me some medium chips and I had to pay for 2 and the dark-haired cashier, I don't know what he brought with me, he's already made it to me twice, he added 1 drink to me without my consent, the manager also I'm reporting her for defending him, I'm really very upset.

My stepson grabbed food from me and they charged him more. The cashier said that they make it twice for him. It's not fair anymore because they don't give you money to go and give it away.

Last night I went to this mc donalds I asked for a fresh coffee the guy who took my order was called Travis he was really enthusiastic and it seemed like he was doing 2 jobs at once I suggest he get paid higher for having to do a job of another person such as taking the order and having to set up the food, Thank you Travis for your hard work.
I was having difficulties with my card and i only ordered a cheeseburger with a code for free medium fries,and i was driving off one of the female workers at the window yelled out "broskie" which is slang for broke. I entered the fast food restaurant and asked if they can call the two girls that were at the window,to know why did she say that and the staff refused to confront her about it Mr.Terrance came and handled the problem very professionally and said he will handle the situation he was presentable and articulate and i thank him.

I wouldn't even put a one star I had to pick up a door dash by 11:09 I was in the drive thru for 20 mins for them to tell me it still wasn't ready then they let a lady that was walking go up to the front an order I had already been waiting 20 mins so now I have to wait longer because someone got to cut the line I don't see how that's fair for the people already waiting on top of I was suppose to have my order by 11:09 and it was 11:25 and still no order. Also the sign says drive thru not walk thru. Terrible service and to long of a wait it's a waste of time. Sorry and the employee had attitude as well. 👎 When I asked why the customer got to go up in front of me and another car to order he responded with she was a walk thru but I'm sorry if I've been waiting already 20 mins, my order wasn't even ready by the time it was suppose to be and now I have to wait longer because someone got to go up in front of everyone is not right. Instead of telling me that the employee could've been professional about that and said hold on let me get my manager but that didn't happen he just pointed his finger to the front and that was it. So yes I'm going to be upset I'm simply trying to get my order to go deliver it. Will be calling corporate office to let them know.
Need better Communications with staff so orders be correct ,Fix the intercom, make sure the chicken nuggets sauce is in the bag on the top so I can see it, and make sure the drink order is right with straws, please.
