I regularly go this McDonald ( skip two other ones close to me since I liked their service ) , ordered Fish o filet on mobile app and went ti pick 20 minutes ago , normally you always get one complementary dressing and they ask choice at window , this server threw a few ketchup and said that even for one I have to pay 0.30 cents , I could expect that I Europe or some place , not in the heart of houston Texas , disappointing

I used to buy from this McDonald's location long time ago. But thanks God we don't eat their garbage anymore. People working in McDonald's they don't care about their costumers they just care about your money and that's it. People should consider for their health before to eat McDonald's or other garbage food..

They seem to always get my orders wrong, always miss something of what I ordered. Today I asked for two meals and they didn’t give me my two fries, and my sandwich was completely dry they didn’t even bother to put any sauce on it. Also the place has many flies flying around

Consistent, Quick, and Exactly What You Expect
Stopped by McDonald’s for a quick bite, and they delivered exactly what I needed—fast service, hot food, and no surprises. The fries were fresh and crispy, the Big Mac was put together cleanly with just the right amount of sauce, and the drink station was well-stocked.
Staff was polite, and the dining area was clean despite the lunchtime rush. Drive-thru was moving fast, and my order came out accurate, which isn’t always a given these days.
It’s classic McDonald’s—nothing fancy, but reliable and efficient when you need it to be. Solid experience.

I placed a drive-thru order on July 29 at 10:17 PM and this location completely messed it up.
I ordered a Triple Quarter Pounder and they gave me only two patties. No sauces, no napkins, no utensils — nothing. And I clearly ordered multiple sauces and items, as shown in my receipt.
This kind of carelessness is unacceptable, especially from a big chain like McDonald’s. If I’m paying full price for a large meal, I expect to get what I ordered — not a half-done bag missing key items.
Very disappointed. Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
I visited the McDonald's Restaurant 3300 three times, and each time I felt unwelcome by the staff. My work clothes were slightly dirty due to my job, and I noticed uncomfortable treatment, as if I wasn’t valued as a customer. I hope the management addresses this issue and trains staff to treat all customers with respect, regardless of appearance. The food and service quality are good, but the customer experience needs improvement.

When someone asks for something to be left off a burger, you dont scrape it off. You should make it fresh without that ingredient. One of these days yall gonna kill me. I have a damn food allergy. I understand how cross contamination works. I also understand that I should be able to order without what I am allergic to!!!

Food, service and restaurant is good. Bad area and many homeless people come here. 3 males came here to take a bath in the restroom leaving a mess. One was was screaming curse words. Made it uncomfortable to relax and enjoy a meal.
