Did a drive thru order and when they repeated the order everything was correct but once they charged me the receipt said small fries instead of small sprite and when I went to second booth to pick up my food I told the lady that there was an error and she just told me “yeah they didn’t charge it” like yeah I know but I asked nicely if she could add it and I would pay for it and she just made an annoyed face and turned away and said nothing like what ? First bad experience here but that was just rude honestly.

I went through the drive through in Bellaire, Texas on Friday, March 29, 2024. The employees had poor communication skills. They forgot to include all of the order. I also noticed this at another Mcdonald in a different city in Texas. The employees do not check the accuracy of the order.ALWAYS check your order before you drive away from the window or walk away from the counter.I should have done this.Also, one of the burgers I ordered looked like it was rushed into the rapper. The burger wasn't completely covered in the rapper and it looked different than the other burger. Both burgers were a double hamburger. One tasted good and the one I described was not good in terms of taste and it looked over cooked.It's clear the employees don't care and their managers are not checking their progress or quality.I would avoid the Bellaire, Texas location.I will avoid McDonald's altogether going forward.

There's a hispanic lady that's always at d drive thru window n she always looks like she's mad at everyone. I even asked her how come she doesn't smile n she just shut d window on me. Besides her, everything n everyone is great.
