This is my second time ordering. I got the same results almost three months apart. It will also be my last time ordering. First through Door Dash. I spent about $23. I got the exact opposite of everything I asked for. No sauce that I ordered for the 20 nuggets, no order notes for double sauce on the burger instead I got ketchup only. Today I ordered via Uber Eats. Neither time will I get my money back from DD or UE, so that’s $40 down the drain! I ordered 2 TRIPLE cheeseburgers xtra everything and got two dry DOUBLES! Again did not get the sauce I ordered even after asking the driver as well. I’ve been calling NO ANSWER! Fries were COLD. I’m 1 mile away so they were cold when they left the store. The patties taste SLIMEY!!! My chest seems to hurt a bit and so does my throat after eating two nuggets and the burgers. Sounds like it’s time to call the health department. In the meantime I will be trying to find and call the general manager $40 is not a loss I am willing to take!

The establishment's condition was quite disheartening upon my recent visit. The presence of numerous flies and fruit flies created a significant hygiene concern. Furthermore, the visible presence of homeless individuals within the premises was unsettling. The staff in the lobby were largely absent, which resulted in a lack of assistance. I would recommend addressing these issues promptly to improve the overall customer experience.

You're only at this location out of conscience. It's a McDonald's, so the food tastes the same, but I've never seen any location as stingy as this. I also was told they don't mix McFlurries anymore, which... doesn't feel correct. I used to just grin and bare it because it was close, but I'm just going to go to the one on Main from now on.

I don't usually do McDonald's but we just moved to a new office and this was the closest place to grab something for lunch. I must say I was pleased with the service and the. cleanliness of this location. The food was fast and fresh. All-in-all it was a good experience. I will be back again

The reason for me giving low rating is coz while ordering and eating food inside, 3 guys came to me asking me money for sodas or food, they appeared to be homeless, and it appeared that it's not their first time coming there, why the management allows those people to come in, or if they come in, why they dont ask them to leave, I am coming there to eat, and not to be disturbed by others asking money. Totally food was good, service was OK, but the homeless people disturbed me

The food tasted great, actually the best McDonald's breakfast I've had in a while. I ordered through door dash. While the food and coffee tasted good, the problem I had is that they did not include a straw with my order that included coffee. Isn't it common sense that an order with coffee needs a straw? I guess common sense is in low supply. Other than that the food was great. Pro-tip: give customers with drinks straws.

If i could i would give a negative 100 ! Ordered two cheese burgers and a happy meal(chicken nuggets) for delivery. Almost two hours after eating my burgers i got sick .I had diarrhea and was vomiting! Thank god my daughter (2yr) only had nuggets. Idk but i hope no one else got sick on this day .I've never had problems with this location before. Just brining it up ,that maybe someone else got sick .

Too much traffic around 4/4:30. Someone's crazy hangry mom was about to run over an employee with her mini van. I guess she was upset over the waiting time. I was not happy either, but that's not the way to handle things. The fries were salty , but the drinks were good.
