This is the only McDonald’s nearby for this neighborhood. I haven’t had issues with my food or drive-thru, but my real concern is safety! People come up to your cars & tap your window while at the speaker to ask for money. At night they have music playing outside, I guess to deter the people away, but I feel like they should have security outside at least at night. Especially when the drive thru is having slow moments it just feels creepy being in that parking lot.

Bad customer service manager doesn’t answer employees are rude
One of the WORST McDonald’s in Houston ! Them women up there attitudes are snappy as ever, don’t greet people at the door and BARELY even when you in line waiting to be serviced, very rude and nasty when they are speaking and it’s honestly ridiculous everytime I come to this one, just because it’s in a bad neighborhood doesn’t mean the businesses have to be horrible ! need better customer service policies and routine for sure !

No one at this McDonald's speaks English in the mornings
HORRIBLE! THE MANAGERS ARE TERRIBLE AS WELL! I made a mobile order after work tonight to feed my babies and still had to sit in line for 30 minutes and when I finally reached the window they gave me old food. when I told the guy he had an attitude and they were talking a lot of mess. then gave me OLDER fries, broken up and soggy. I took pictures and videos. they refused to make it fresh and lied to my face about making food again after taking the bag for literally a minute.
manager sucks adding unfair rules to the employees like taking their phones away and some employees are taking advantage of the younger ones and having them do all the work and its unfair and the manager does not care pls fire this manager it is not fair for the younger employees and pls remove this taking away phone policy because some of the employees have children and what happens if they call and its an emergancy bad service bad manager if I could give negative -10 stars I would get your act together

Order through Uber eats and it is took over 1 hour 45 minutes for this store to make a bacon quarter ponder, 2 hot 'n' spicy and a big mac with fries and 2 large teas. If I was the store owner I would replace everyone in here. It shows lack of management and the employees job failure.no straws,no napkins, no ketchup for the very cold fries. Ice in the tea was gone. Sad they didn't even replace these items after taking this long.

So every weekend is an ordeal here being here 15 minutes in line n no help and Miguel decides to take a bathroom break are you serious ? There is 8 of us on line and lead manager ignores the line

My son did an online app order on 09/30/2025. When he went to retrieve it he was told they had no record of his order although he showed them an email receipt that it was order & purchase.
Instead of trying to locate the order or remake a new order he was told to leave . No apology nor reimbursement just leave. I know this can't be McDonalds policy & procedures. The people in this location need to be better trained on customer service. That is not how you treat a customer. I'm his mom & work for Internal Compliance. I will make sure that this problem want happen to anyone else.
McDonalds need to do better job about vetting potential employees. Please share with the stakeholders. I will also be contacting corporate about this matter. Also whomever is replying on behalf of McDonalds with this bogus link that you can't click on nor does this link exist tells me that they don't care about the complaints. This is their go to for complaints. I will be reporting the owner lack of response too.
