If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. The sign on the door says the lobby is closed until April 30th for remodeling and it’s May 2nd. I walk in and explain to the manager that I walked from a nearby establishment and is there any possible way I could place an order and she just type it in through the drive thru computers. She told me no because there aren’t any computers in the lobby and to WALK through the drive through. Meanwhile it’s pouring raining & under a flood warning. It was very distasteful. She should be fired immediately. Anna was her name.

Bad McDonalds.They charge more for certain items than other McDonalds. They give way less ice cream than other locations every single time if you buy a soft serve item.They are always out of things( or flat out do not carry them) such as regular white milk. They have only carried chocolate for at least the past 7 months.Poor service. I avoid this location.

Was picking up a mobile order and wanted to order a pie at the front window because I forgot to order it with my order. The person handing me the food told me she couldn’t help me that I would have to go back around thru the drive thru and order it that way. This was at 10pm.
Insanely fast duting breakfast when ordering through the app at 7 am. It takes me 2 mins tops to get through the drive thru. not sure about lunch though.

So this is the second time in 2 weeks where we went for take out and as we pull up the clerk informed us that their system is down. What is going on there that your system constantly down?
