The young man who was working the drive-thru counter on January 8th at 6:15 needs to be fired. he acknowledged my code and then refused to interact with me at the window I saw him stare at me at list three times because of his incompetence it took over 15 minutes for me to leave that window and get my food

Terrible customer service. I simply asked for extra sauce and was immediately told “no, it’s extra”. I then said I didn’t mind paying for the sauce, and the manager still refused and said “no” because “it’s already on the sandwich.”

The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was no attempt to accommodate a paying customer or even explain the policy respectfully. At that point, the interaction ruined my experience so badly that I didn’t even want the food anymore.

Management seriously needs better listening skills and customer service training. I won’t be returning.

I went today to order because I heard the employees were “amazingly sweet”. I was starving and had other nearby options closer to me but I decided to drive 17 minutes just to check this place out. As soon as I got there, everything was nice but I forgot to ask for ketchup so when I asked another lady for ketchup in advance because I hadn’t gotten my order. The employee “ Sandra” told me to wait for it because she hadn’t given me my order in the most irritated voice. If you don’t like giving customer service then why work at a food place? Go back home instead, with such big eyes It scares people away. I see that’s the type of employees they like to keep. Horrible experience. Attitude just for ketchup. Suck it up.

1st. I did not appreciate them switching language from English to Spanish and being laughed at because I asked for more tartar sauce.

2nd. Why was this place so dirty? Every single table was dirty.

Why can’t someone that works here every day get an order right? Not just the employees the manager too. I ordered 3. 4 piece chicken strips. First, they tried to give me a three-piece chicken strip when I told them no that’s not right. It shows them my receipt. Then the manager comes about eight minutes later and tries to give me 3 3 piece chicken strip strips. I don’t get it. I understand the first time OK that’s ok. But I had to wait almost 10 minutes and then you bring it wrong again and I have to wait another 10 minutes. People just don’t care anymore
