Honestly, this is my go-to McDonalds whenever I want a something quick to eat after or before to work. In my experience their service is always awesome! Either way, today I needed one utensil. Yes as weird at it sounds I just needed utensils to eat my food. Once I asked, I overheard one of the workers making a joke to charge me a dollar for it. I thought it was funny, but then again companies obtain those materials to give for customers. As a barista, I do not mind giving customers the basic materials to eat or whatever they need. I mean, if asking for a utensil that was forgotten in the first place then make sure you handle it in their order. Anywho, 9/10.

A lot of time doesn't have shakes or frappe. They are not giving any reason. I think just they don't want to work. Worst place to get shakes.
They never have gotten the order right, and are usually very packed with long wait times. Service has only gotten worse over time. Inconsistent food quality as well.
Wouldn't recommend going to this one. theres many nearby if you really NEED mcdonalds.

Accidentally placed order for drive thru instead of carry out. Just a McChicken. Manager told me I had to take the drive thru instead of him helping me in the lobby because they are busy. McDonald's has had the lousiest customer service with their drive thru prioritizing. All I had was a McChicken. You know who you are.

The fries are always ice cold. I order lunch on the mobile app and it took 35 minutes to get my food only tofind out my order was not correct.

That "$1 Any Size Coke When You Order In The App" sticker on the front window is false advertisement. I ordered in the app and was charged $1.69. Manager doesn't speak English, so you can't even complain about it. Place has no wifi. Service took forever. Total ripoff, if I wasn't starving I'd ask for a refund.
