Service at this location has really gone down! It takes forever to get your food! Orders are always wrong! Everyone is in their phones so service is the worst! We come here for lunch all the time but lately it has been horrible! Even the food is nasty! How hard is it to get French fries right?!? Do better please!

Very disappointed with the service at McDonald’s today. We placed a mobile app order, but instead of helping us, the staff swore at us and told us to go back and retake the line. Completely unacceptable behavior. Very poor customer service and such a bad attitude from staff – not what you expect when you’ve already ordered and paid through the app

Don’t ask for fresh you speaking in a language they don’t understand I got a cold tender in a cold wrap that don’t make sense at all. I asked for fresh she said it was. Don’t trust them check your food

Stopped in at 1 pm, thought it would be after lunch rush-hour but no waited 15 minutes just to get into the parking lot. Very backed up. Food was OK. Service was very quick. Just real tough to get into the parking lot

For this to be main McDonalds in the uptown area, it is trash. I've stayed next to this place for two years and now its time to say something. Ice cream machine still not working. Got three happy meals, no regular milk. Fish sandwich just thrown together. Fries cold. Flies and knats flying all around the drink station. Service is at a bare minimum. Workers barely acknowledge you unless they're caling out your number. And can y'all please figure out what station you're going to play music from? It's like someone is just turning the tuning knob trying to find a station or a song. The place is always barely cleaned. Ridiculous!
I'm sorry I can't give 0 stars. This is the second time I've ordered online and the manager rudely tells me they don't have my order, and 15 minutes later she says she did find it, without a sorry or apology, the whole time in a rude manner.
