Usually good service but there is one cashier that they refuse to fire. Her attitude is awful and she takes pride in it. They should let her go because she is bringing down the customer service aspect of the entire restaurant.

I went to this place today and will never return. They messed up both my kids happy meals and they asked me to wait 3 minutes for a frozen Dr.Pepper, I end up waiting 10 minutes and it still wasn't ready.

Today I went to pick up my order at 11311 fondren and it was a disaster. I only wanted a coffee and not only did they give me the coffee that I didn't order, but part of it they told me that was it. I showed them the summary of my order and the photo of the coffee. It appears in the app that it was not what she was giving me and even then she did not want to change my coffee, I left there totally indignant... a simple coffee became a problem
Ok, if I could give this location a zero star I would&this is why I don't like going 2fast food places drive thru. This was around 9am in the morning drive thru& although they were fast friendly but my order was messed up so bad& my food was not fresh&hot like I normally get its not my first time here but my worst visit yet&if i couldhave went back to return it i would have&asked for my mo ey back because i spent 20.00 in there & i was2far2go back. I ordered a sausage mcgriddle add bacon& got no sausage only bacon ask for syrup no syrup. Then I ordered oatmeal but didn't get my apples or raisins no butter& I asked for extra butter &sugar got nothing just try azz oatmeal. Then I asked for a sausage biscuit no sausage but jelly. Then asked for orange juice& it tasted old& nasty. So as you see I wasn't pleased with my order& I do believe in being fair&honest when I rate my places & this is by far bad service. If only I checked my bag for accuracy which would have held up the line. So maybe I need2go inside so I have time2check it but then it wouldn't be fast food but slow food.😡
