I just went thru drive thru and I order their new item the new grinch meal and I keep repeating myself that
I wanted the smoothie instead the coke and they charger me both I went up talking the so called manager and for my money back he did ask if i wanted else I told him no and he told me he could put my
Money back on a card I paid with cash I have to repeat myself 3 time telling him no I paid with cash I want cash not a card I don’t understand how he going to pay me
Back on my card it was very frustrating

Today I had a sad experience with one cashier in this location, I try to bless 2 person with breakfast, I did it with one but this cashier devalue the bless that I did for some body in need asking me if I can bless her too but in devalue mode, that piss me off, the second person was one teenager, I respect seniors but I don't understand how this kind of seniors are bad with others and how this company keep this kind of people on front like cashier, that's why they have 3.5 Star, I don't recommend you guys this location special if you want to bless others and have a great breakfast experience.

Nothing too special to write home about with this location. You'll find they often open late and close early. Service is subpar and the employees often have an attitude or short attention span. Not terrible but not good. Food is ok though they often focus on the drive thru and ignore lobby patrons. Highly inconsistent depending on who's on the shift and who you are as a customer. I've watched other customers get fantastic service while I don't.

I tried ordering off the dollar menu. There was something wrong with the buns on the burgers. They smelled and tasted sour. McDonald's has givin up on customer service so of course things moved slowly.

You go here when you're hungry and on a budget. Not when you're looking for genuinely good food. But at the same time food is not as cheap as it used to be. I'd say unless you're in a bind and can't go anywhere else, go somewhere else. Mcdonald's is not as cheap as you remember and other fast food places aren't as expensive as you think. Go somewhere else for better service and better quality food.
