Standard curbside order issue, waited outside and no one came out. Went inside The app was not showing any updates. Go inside to explain but was told just to go outside again and use the app, this was after multiple explanations and showing how the app didnt change. Disrespectful employees zero empathy. Avoid this location. Wasted 30 mins. Ordered BK instead

Night manager old lady was so rude...and just cancel orders without giving any other options....i buy some coffee and ordered from the app...by the time i get there ..i give mi code...and order some more coffee...and pay...when i get to the windows tbey handle tha coffee that i order and pay on the site....but with out any reason say my mobile order can't be serve bcs they don't have no more...when i was just staring at the cup full of ice coffe with that I ordered in the app...and she have the audacity to tell me that they have no more...and my order was already canceled...its not that they don't want to serve. But jjst the way the ma ager lady does this...clearly wasn't is first time doing things like this...hopefully this helps tl get best people who want to work on the serving business with better attitude...

I’m tired of the same issues with them I don’t know why I even bother going back because it’s the one closest to me smh I ordered a meal no fries no sauce I specific asked is everything in there and they said yes and no there wasn’t smh I shouldn’t have to always want to check my order im tired of always coming home to half of my stuff so mad and disappointed some changes need to be made because im paying for meals and not receiving my whole combos but its a problem when we want our food or money back need to hire new management oh and called and no answer tired of this horrible
