I ordered three sausage Mc griddles and only received two. I called to let them know and they told me to come back whenever to get my order correct. I came back today and they didn’t want to give me my missing Mc griddle. They claimed the person I spoke with on the phone no longer worked there.

Super sketchy with all th3 homeless in the parking loitering right by the exit door, walking up to people's vehicles in the parking lot. People walking in with cups from their cars, refilling drinks and leaving. Did not feel safe there at all. Turned around and left.

I been coming here for a minute but service and the quality of the fast food went from okay to worse. There will not be another day that I pay for a drink that is not filled to the top. The first thing they teach you in the fast food industry is fill the drink to the top. If I’m paying for something don’t cheat me out of what I’m paying for. The lil curly hair dude at the window who fix the drinks said he don’t mind if I take a picture and show it to the owner. Nasty attitude, He wouldn’t be working my establishment at all.When we purchase a kids meal don’t put 5 fries in the container and forget the other fry also. When I pay for extra lettuce don’t give me a few strand of soggy lettuce, if I pay for cheese don’t forget the cheese. It the simple things, even if the food ain’t the best get to order correct please. After today , I’m motivated to now eat at home and save more money.

Went through drive thru. Lady that took order was super sweet. She asked me to drive up, did not specify to which window. I saw someone getting their order from 3rd window. As I drove up to 2nd window, there was a gentleman standing with his back towards window, I waited 1-2 minutes, he never turned so I drove to 3rd window. Then a female with glasses and freckles opened window and told me “do you not want your food?” I said I’m sorry, I could not believe she was talking to me like that. She did not say it with a joking tone. She sounded upset that she had to take my food to 3rd window. I was with my mom taking her back to Houston and had to be embarrassed that our San Antonio employees would talk to us in such a way. Absolutely disgusting! Will not be going back to this location.
