Long line but moves fast

Had not eaten in over 4 days I'm homeless came in the see if they can offer me anything they said no but any other McDonald's I go to around the area I'm able to get a one free meal... smh and they always have the waited services always getting orders wrong..

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Went inside on Saturday afternoon to place an order and stood at the counter for several minutes while workers basically ignored me. When I did ask if someone was going to take my order I was told to use the kiosk. You got to be kidding me right? Never did anyone acknowledge me or ask how I was paying? Since I was paying cash the kiosk wasn’t an option. And then why am I being forced to use the kiosk anyway? These people here are lazy and lack customer service. Poorly managed location, will be contacting corporate

I wanted to update my review from 6 years ago because I don’t want to misrepresent the older Latino generation who work here. The hardworking employees are often the ones who keep the restaurant running smoothly during the busiest times—you can see it in action when you pull up to the window and watch la raza hustling to get orders out quickly.
The younger team members could benefit from learning that while you’re on the clock, it’s important to take pride in fulfilling your role. Working hard can make McDonald’s a stepping stone toward bigger opportunities. That said, I’ve noticed some of the younger staff can come across as less approachable, and their responses at times feel a bit rushed or cold. A little more friendliness would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.
In addition, I hope management and staff see reviews like this and take to heart that order accuracy should always be a top priority. It’s frustrating to get home and realize something is missing from your order. A quick double-check before handing it out could make all the difference

told them 3 times the fries looked gross..it ended up being the grease not being changed out..i told the manager and she said they only change it once a day..in the morning..not as needed. nasty

This is definitely one of the worst McDonald's restaurants to go to! The restaurant is always dirty and the food is disgusting. The drive thru is extremely slow and the manager is rude and very unprofessional! I will definitely be calling corporate. 🗑🗑🗑

Customer service was horrible ,the staff was rude very unprofessional I sat and watched how the cashier was very rude to the customers witness how a paying customer ordered an ice cream cone and it was the messiest cone I had ever seen while all the employees are just talking and standing around the orders aren't being made correctly and paying attention to what they are doing and the facility was very dirty

Managers are extremely rude. Refused their names. They messed up my order and tried to blame it on Uber eats. The manager told me she handed my driver 5 bags. I received 5 bags but half my order was still missing. For an order over $148 to be missing half of the order and blaming Uber eats is very unprofessional. The manager kept getting louder than me, cut me off, laughed when I said I was missing half of my order. Called me a lair when she said she would replace the whole order then refused once I got there. She rolled her eyes at me, snatched my bag of food once I called her out on another mess up. She got mad at me cause I didn’t want the free sprite. I wanted what I ordered sorry not free handouts from yalls mess up. Employees cooking food constantly peeping at me and rolling their eyes as I was waiting for the managers name and corporate number. They refused names and numbers. Under yalls policies they can not denied their names. Manager hung up on me twice while trying to contact them about my missing food. Totally unprofessional all around yall need to replace the WHOLE STAFF.

I asked for a cup of water instead of a drink for my meal
They proceeded to charge me for two separate drinks, disassembled my meal and charged me almost an extra dollar which you refused to fix or compensate for. Just don't come here.

I want to start off by saying that this location doesn’t even deserve one star rating. They always give The wrong order they always have an attitude at the window to receive food !! i ordered a Four piece chicken nugget meal mfs gave me 2 !! If yall don’t like yalls job then look for a new one !!!
