I used the drive thru and service was fast and prompt. I was very disappointed to see that my fries were turned sideways in the bag and therefore in direct contact with the ketchup packets (not requested) that were in the bag. That's cross contamination allowing food in contact with packets that were in someone's bare hands. I ate my nuggets but tossed the fries which appeared to have been over cooked at they appeared rather crunchy. Lesson learned there. My experience was not the best but you might have better luck..

Was the only one in line and they had me park in the waiting spots for a single burger with no toppings. But its some minimal work high schoolers working there so the friendliness is absent. Brought food out and walked off before I could ask for ketchup.

Asia, Eternity, Kamora, and Jaqueline has amazing customer service ! These ladies are always all over the place, whether it's backing up drive thru, the front counter, or taking orders themselves they are multitasking with ease and a great attitude ! Not to mention they go over and beyond to make sure or correct any orders that go out ! Let's not forget Keshaud he's so nice and respectful even when the customers are frustrated, he still shows great hospitality ! The managers here have great attitudes and also works hard alongside the staff ! Keep up the great work guys đ

My husband and kids love McDonald's. I'm not really a fan.
This restaurant is run by a bunch of children being overseen by an adult that just slaps their hand when they do something wrong. I ordered a shake and for some reason the young man was going to wipe something up off the floor and he set my shake on the floor and got ready to hand it to me. SMH đ. It starts at home. That's all I can say. This did happen some time ago but I never reported it but I would never eat at this McDonald's and I have not eaten at this McDonald's since then. You can roll the dice if you want to but that just more than solidifies my choice to not eat out as much as I used to before...

Went here even though people told me not too but is the closest McDonalds near my house. Instead on paying attention to what theyâre doing. The employees (including the bald headed wanna be manager) forgot to add a bunch of items in our order due to the fact that they have a loud ass speaker and are singing. Completely unprofessional. Fries and and Happy Meal eve though they did add an extra small drink. You think thatâd ring a bell. Avoid this place at all costs.

Iâve been going to this McDonaldâs for 5 years since iâve moved here and itâs always been my favorite location but over the years the service quality has gone down and itâs extremely disappointing. The workers lack customer service skills and are rude and disrespectful. Just now, my husband went through the drive thru and the new guy working the first window had such an ugly attitude. The guy made a mistake on the order and my husband tried to clarify but the worker rolled his eyes and couldnât seem to get the order correct⊠mistakes are common but the attitude is what gets me. These workers need some new training, because we love this location and would like to continue going.
