WHY IN THE HELL, IS THIS MCDONALD'S NOT REFILLING YOUR CUP . INSTEAD THEY GIVE YOU A WHOLE NEW CUP . YALL WASTING PLASTIC FOR NO REASON. The employees were doing the very best that they could. The place was packed and, given the location, it always will be in the summer. Manager needs to schedule more staff. The staff that was there were working hard and trying to keep up.

I ordered DoorDash from this location at 02:55a this morning. At 3:45a, the driver contacted me to tell me the location was not going to fulfill my order. I contacted the store & they told me they don't serve the lunch menu after 3a. Now I understand that my order was close to that cut-off, but the stores closer to me change their menus at 4a, so I was unaware I was ordering so close to the cut-off. That being said, no one from this location reached out to me or DoorDash to inform us of this. It was only after the driver arrived to pick up almost an hour after the order was placed. They are a 24 hour location that has a strict cut-off time of serving a specific menu, my order was before that cut-off. If they couldn't make the order, I understand even though they should have been able to, but to not contact anyone and leave it until someone arrived to pick it up is beyond ridiculous.

Order is generally correct but sometimes wrong chicken sandwiches get served. Spicy Mcchicken when I ordered a Mcchicken and the drinks sometimes taste mixed instead of Coke or Dr Pepper......
