Just recieved the most depressed looking McRib ever I put in for extra pickles and only recieved 2 Little to no sauce Fairmont would never This is why I would always avoid this store for lackluster service

Waited over 30 minutes in curbside while I watched the drive thru line constantly move. When my food finally came, it came out with 4 other curbside orders that all arrived at the restaurant at different times. Manager should be ensuring that curbside orders are made to order and come out as they’re ready, not 30 minute batches. Food was fine, and servers are nice!

I walked in, and the manager was yelling at a customer, I placed my order online while I was at my house, it took me 12 minutes toget there and then still waited for another 10 mins. The back looked packed by the staff and very chaotic. The food was great, it was hot and fresh

I was given half my order and then the lady tried to give me someone else’s order. I was like no I didn’t order that.. she said “oh you didn’t order a large drink and a pie?” .. me looking puzzled “no I ordered kids meals and chicken nuggets.” She said “oh okay” and gave my the three drinks that went with the kids meals. Then she says “ okay that’s it” me: “no maam I’m missing a kids meal…. (She looks at me like I’m dumb…) you literally just gave me three drinks and two kids meals.” She then asked to see the receipt… like really… are you that high you can’t do your job???? Kids Drinks are even filled half way. Check your food before you leave!
