Friendly staff Today yyyy 1/19/2026 Came in ordered went into the play area....and wow...it was quite dirty...kids were sitting on top of the table and I asked a young lady who was working if she could clean A table for us...the ones that were unoccupied were dirty...I offered to clean it myself if she could supply a towel...she never responded just looked around and left out...sooooo, I ended up getting my own napkins and supplying my sanitizer spray to the table and wiping. My grandson loves McDonald's I would hope and ask that the manager on duty would check the area often as it gets pretty dirty

I come to this McDonald’s every morning, I order the same exact thing. I even notice sometimes my order isn’t fulfilled the same by order workers. Some of the workers know exactly who I am when I come through the drive thru but for some reason and I’m not sure if they made any changes to their staff or if there were any recent shift changes or what’s going on but lately my experience has been the worst. The manager or supervisor (not sure of her title) MARIA is very unprofessional, made no efforts to fix their mistakes. Instead she makes excuses and instead of making accommodations I now have to wait in the drive thru and wait longer for an order that should’ve been ready after payment was taken. Not to mention, even when they bring the late order out and after additional money was paid (for their mistake, not actively listening), it is still incorrect on the 3rd attempt. It’s like no one at this location listens or has any type of integrity. This is concerning and very disappointing as I come here every morning before work. I am disgusted that I spent my hard earned coins at this place and the customers aren’t considered, service is very inconsistent

Workers act that they cannot move a bag to a window, I'm sick and don't want to get people sick because is contagious and the drive thru cashier said he didn't care that i have to come inside he didn't care that i had a stomach flu

For it to be a fast food joint, this location always has hard working employees and I know its always busy but, they truly try to get everything right. Been here quiet a few times and my orders are always great and there was one occasion where my order wasn’t right but, spoke to an employee there and they fixed my order immediately and no attitude at all and apologized. I told them it happens and I understand it was busy so for me it was no problem at all as I always choose to come to this location because of their efficiency & quality & service. Thank you to kitchen/drive!!!

Low quality, poor service, very slow. The atmosphere is not good for anyone except kids. Most of all, the bathroom is not fully stocked w TP, ETC. The restroom is unclean very often.

Was waiting to get service. Soon as the other customer step aside, cashier turned and left to chit chat with other staff at the back while I was already in front of her before she turned. Another staff have to let her know that there's someone at the front. That same cashier didn't pay attention to my order, that I have to repeat it 3x and still got my order wrong when I saw it at home.
