My mom came in got some food with no issue and they had patients to understand my mom who cannot speak after her stroke and man I was amazed the manager in the morning her and team even attended us the food at the table. I know i see the other reviews but we came here and the service was great in every way, it was busy too almost all the tables were full, which honestly for being mcdonalds and as busy, did not expect this level of excellent service. Will continue to come to this one location every time!! For all other locations especially beechnut before beltway 8 terrible service.

Employees need better training, I paid extra for a double Fillet O fish, they only put one piece. Not sure if its because there's a language barrier with them understanding how to read the order. I went back to have it made correctly, they gave it back with a cold cheese. Manager would just rather give me a refund other than heating my sandwich correctly. Terrible management, no wonder they forget items on your orders.

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences when it comes to McDonald’s employees so I’m leaving this review because this McDonald’s right here is by far the best McDonald’s that I have ever experienced and I come to this same McDonald’s every single day and I have the same great friendly experience every single day …just overall great people very friendly and the store has amazing workers in it I always have interactions with different employees and they are all very pleasant very helpful…manager Josue Bueso is the best and deserves acknowledgement

I ordered 2 coffee I asked for 4 creamer and 15 sugar inside both I should have checked it when I got to work it looked like she put the whole bottle of cream in the cup where is the coffee I ordered I don't understand if she doesn't know how to make coffee she shouldn't be doing it that was a waste of 4.75 I could have kept in my pocket or went somewhere else and then you don't even answer the phone when a person is calling I called 7 times because I work 7 am to 7 pm I wanted my coffee well I guess I won't be going there

Rude staff, unprofessional not sure how corporate letting this slide. We asked for coffee sleeve because the coffee too hot . They completed refused to give us any! Kiosks don’t work , cold food , filthy bathrooms , what’s going on with this place

I normally don’t take the time to review McDonald’s, because let’s be serious it’s fast food and nobody expects exemplary service. I went through the drive-through one day and they completely got my order wrong . So a few days later, I returned and spoke with the manager. I wasn’t looking for my money or for her to replace anything. I just wanted some sort of apology or empathy for how she had completely destroyed my large order. She was rude, unwilling to give me a corporate number and unwilling to apologize for anything. Her name is Maria and she was unapologetically refusing to admit any wrongdoing on her or the store’s part. There is tons of different McDonald’s you can go to besides this one so I highly recommend you do that!

An absolute mess. I've been waiting for my order for 40 god damn minutes. I let them know about my order and only to realize that they havent even started on it. So I had to wait additional 10 minutes to receive my order. They're served other customers after me too! I will not recommend ordering here. This took place around 8-9 pm. I dont know how they are during the day, but during the night is when they're slow and disorganized. Not to mention that they had enough staff too.

Milkshake was melted from them waiting so long to give it to me. They served my order off the screen then asked for the code and said it wasn’t there. Sweet tea was watery and when asked for another drink I was met with an attitude. Hot n spicy was cold with way too much much mayonnaise and buns were burned . Will not be coming back to this one ever again
