Terrible service, there is a person who treated me very badly and does not know what to provide a service. They should choose their staff. Please do not give people jobs. The other staff is perfect, but especially this person is terrible at serving customers. Please do something. I just ordered two decaf coffees and I ask for one coffee to put 5 creams and 4 sugars they did not put it is not the first time. I can’t wait for the other McDonald’s to open is close by my house.

I didn't eat a lot but their food is the same here and in Africa so I don't know why they would raise prices even for water. I was a current employee in this location and got to witness their inhumane unsanitary ways and just how they mentally abused of you in here by bullying you. To their current employees Sergio Ramirez and Katherine Gonzalez,be careful with them they've been harassing costumers and employees personally they did to me and that's why their store was loosing sales and also employees just wanted to let the public know how the environment is in here and a personal reason I consider not working in a establishment like this again and I'm so glad I left the place and that I don't have to see just how unmanageable that place is.

This McDonald’s deserves zero stars. So disorganized. So rude. I have never waited 20+ minutes in a drive thru at a McDonald’s before. I finally get to the window and the guy doesn’t even say hi. Just rudely demands for my receipt and looks so confused with 10+ drinks in front of him. Where was the manager in all this disorganized chaos?! That guy at the pick up window had zero idea what he was doing. He definitely failed horribly at his “one job”
