Non of the screen works make it hard for customers to order and see menu

Ordered my food from the drive thru and I’m missing half of my items we ordered an extra McDouble and 2 hot and spicy mcchikens on top of what we ordered and I got billed for it I look in the bag after getting back there was none in there worst experience
If someone is new. STAY WITH THEM TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE TAKING THE ORDER CORRECTLY! I don't want to hear. Oh I'll talk to that person. No. It's the manager or the person training them responsibility! I had to get back in line and order because for some reason my order wasn't placed. Very frustrating.

I asked for no cheese on the McDouble and then they gave me my food with back without the nuggets. I asked to speak to the manager she says her name is “Maria”. She asked to see my food bag & went on to say that the McDouble deal doesn’t include nuggets. I explained to her that it does & that I get nuggets with this deal when I order at other places and that that is working before they have to fix it to take all the cheese lol I guess location really does matter. Stay away from this McDonalds as the customer service here is a joke! (I asked for bbq sauce for my nuggets, after waiting for over 8 minutes, they still did not put it in the bag)

Many customers and lots of traffic but it doesn't stop or slow this place down...The food is always exactly as you order it...here and there normal stuff but overall you'd be in and out or thru the drive thru fast... coffee is super hot..be careful in a good way...the black guy manager is very professional and accommodating and a great team leader...the employees are super nice and it's just what a McDonald's is supposed to be...
