Food was ready quickly but when I left and started eating it in the car, the fries were cold.

Workers are very rude especially at night I asked for bacon on my sandwich and hot fries the girl (in the red) that was passing out the food ignored me and gave me what she wanted!! And when I asked her for hot food she told me I can throw away my food and wait.. I asked her what was her name she told me don’t worry about it.. when I asked the manager was she the manager she told me “what u need” and said we have other orders when I told her about my fries… the little girl then tried to go back and forth with me saying she eat cold fries all the time and it shouldn’t be a problem!! They don’t need a job!! Both have nasty attitudes

No straw nor condiments for my big breakfast this morning. I went all the way home to a disappointment.

The server I ordered from the app and I requested to change my drink and pay the difference but she told me .. I don’t know how I do it this after I was waiting longtime to change the drink … as per standards of MAC I can change anything before receiving it .. I’m super disappointed…
The old lady is the one , the young girl is doing great ..
They should learn about customer service more as it was v bad experience..
And she didn’t know that I’m AN EVALUATOR…

Very disappointed with my order today. The burger was so poorly packed that it was already falling apart when I opened the box. Everything was messy, the bun was sliding off, and it looked like it was just thrown together without any care. For a place like McDonald’s, I expected at least a properly made burger. Definitely not a good experience this time.

This McDonald’s is located inside a Walmart. It is not open 24h and there is no drive through.

Very bad service from the manager they sold me soda and there was no soda

The food is good, it is the same taste as all Macdonalds, however, I have gone twice to buy iced caramel machiato and both times they tell me that there is NO. They should remove it from the menu.
