This location does not help customers in the order that they arrive. I ordered in the mobile app for curbside and waited over 10 minutes in my spot. About 8 people who arrived behind me in the drive-thru and were helped before me. This is probably a corporate issue of the drive-thru being the only metric they care about. They were also clearly short-staffed! Do better, McDonald's!

really bad custumer service from two young ladies the one on check out and the one on second window (drive thru) they didnt take my dad order just because he didnt know how so i ordered his food thru the app and supposely the food was ready in five minutes and they made him wait 1 hour for his food , to end up saying that they never received the order and when they said that he needed to speak to the manager the food was right there and they just made him wait on purpose , really bad experience , i hate people like that
