Ordered an ice coffee asked for extra vanilla and got charged for it and it taste worse than if I would have not asked for extra vanilla. It’s like if they did light vanilla. Person who handed food barely let me speak and shut the window immediately. Terrible customer service and so many inconsistencies in their ice coffee and definitely in their service. Employees need more training in these areas.

Went in today just now to order me a sausage and biscuit with an orange juice the Mexican ladies and manager told me the orange juice got to be at a certain line I said OK thank you I understand but then a Mexican guy came in two minutes after me and order the same thing but his orange juice was filled all the way to the top I complain to the manager about this It makes it seem like if it’s a racial thing going on here.

I had asked the lady why so little and she told me that the machine is the one to do the amount but when I got the other one it’s more full is it the machine or the employee
Charged me $8.12 for a #1 egg McMuffin combo with a small coffee. I got the same combo for $5.42 at a different McDonald's down the street. No thank you, I'll go a little bit further for my McDonald's, where I can trust the pricing.

This location does not help customers in the order that they arrive. I ordered in the mobile app for curbside and waited over 10 minutes in my spot. About 8 people who arrived behind me in the drive-thru and were helped before me. This is probably a corporate issue of the drive-thru being the only metric they care about. They were also clearly short-staffed! Do better, McDonald's!
