The worst service I've ever had. I took my mother an children out for dinner here. There is no proper management here. It took forever to get our food. We never got our cups. No napkins or ketchup available. An employee saw me trying to open the restroom door. Waited for me to leave then went inside to use the restroom himself. He also was just standing around, while all of the customers were obviously not happy an waiting for their food an wondering why we were being ignored. Fire everyone..! Problems solved.

I’m sorry but every time I go to this location there are people standing outside on the drive through window asking for money. It’s not safe at all. I hope the manager and or owner makes a change to this issue. I’ll never return to this location.

Came here on a late night order dashing with my sister, the staff had absolutely no idea what they were doing. They handed us the person's food behind us, told us the order was already picked up and proceeded with slamming the window shut. I have NEVER encountered someone so rude in food service industry before. After taking back the order they handed to us, they just proceeded to the window behind us, to hand it back over to the guy. This breaks so many health service protocols when it comes to food handling. Absolutely horrifying experience just going through the drive-thru, can't imagine what it's like inside. Not to mention, I was in the service industry myself for ten years, and then customer service for 7. If you don't have people skills or simple manners, maybe don't work here, or anywhere that involves dealing with customers.

I would give it a 5 star but in all the MacDonald's that I have been to there are always homeless drug addicts approaching your table asking for money or food, they should put order and I feel harassed as they see me Alone with my children, they are just behind me and stubborn until I buy them something with me little money that I bring to buy my children....
