He only said I’m sorry in email which he could have done here… The food is cold… they serve small-medium cold limp fries in the place of LARGE I will not return to this Gessner McDonalds

I made an order for pickup in which I was as parked in the parking lot. I should have known hat I received my order to fast after ordering a double filet-o-fish burgers and fries EVERYTHING WAS COLD! This location SUCKS. I visually checked before leaving out of courtesy to the drivers behind me, but yeah I shouldn’t have to check for a large fry (received half of a large fry COLD) 2 double cheeseburgers (Luke warm) and of all things my fish was COLD. I live 1.4 miles away. I will STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

The service was good and I didn't have to wait in the drive thru for very long. However, I ordered and paid for 2 egg and cheese biscuits and neither of them had cheese. So you may want to check your food before you leave the location.
