Every day I go to coffee and today they tell me that the water is charged, well you pay, but the one that Always Charges I never get my change, well now I understand that it is charged Water but the attention of the Lady stops What to think much there is no education they should put people with education so it is a service that they sell and you pay for what one deserves respect and attention
Parking: It's very bad The parking space, when the supply truck arrives, occupies the entire parking lot. Very slow self service

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience today at around 7:30am. Almost every day I go to this store through the window to drink my coffee and today I found a piece of the machine (probably) inside my cup. I returned to the store and the best solution was to give me my money back in cash and I don't think what they are doing is hygienic at all.
I think they should have better treatment, it is unfair to arrive with a smile and have another person make you change it just because they are in a bad mood and don't want to serve someone with a good manner.
