Avoid this location like the itch!
The ladies at this location, unlike any other, have very hostile attitudes. They are either dry, dismissive, or combative. Everyone acts like they don't want to be there, and they are doing you a favor, not their job. God forbid you need an item "fresh" or remade...they will inspect it with scorn, like what's wrong with YOU that subpar product isn't good enough. On one instance, my last there until this morning, I cried out of frustration, because after requesting a remake, my sandwich was handled by two workers, returned to me and I was told it's good enough and sent on my way. I know fast food is fast food, and not typically where you look for quality customer service experiences, but this level of disregard for what is my food was humiliating.
I truly detest this location and am happy to drive out of my way to a more pleasant location. I encourage the management here to do some soul searching and revise the culture you have created for your employees and customers.

My least favorite location. The drive thru workers aren’t the smartest. They’re always messing up orders. Last time, I ordered a unsweetened ice tea, and she gave me an iced decaf coffee! Very inconsistent here, I always avoid. And if you ever ask a question they’re not always the nicest. Any challenge made to them is in itself a challenge. Avoid if you can.

This location has been the ABSOLUTE worst location I've ever experienced! There's ALWAYS a long line, which I feel it's because of incorrect orders.
Let's talk about this most recent encounter...my order was placed on the mobile app. Upon arrival, we checked in, on the app and at the speaker. Upon arriving at the speaker, we're told it was the wrong location, ummm, not true. We have the receipt to prove it's the right location. Then another employee comes and confirm it's the right location, but the order wasn't showing up on their end. We showed them the receipt on our end and was told that the previous lady was going to get the receipt to prove it was the wrong location. After waiting a while, we asked where she was with the receipt, but she never came. Needless to say, she never came with a receipt and we never got any food. Then I had to go through a form submission to request for them to get back to me for my money back. Now, if I didn't have any other money to feed my family, we would've been assed out waiting on McDonald's to rectify the situation. My 3 year old was expecting his nuggets...
This is an ongoing issue with these app/restaurant order issues. The customers are always the ones who lose out in these situations. Please fix it!

its football season for schools. I was told to put in larger orders ahead of time, but the app dose not have an option to do so, and second no one even answers the phone!!! Guess ill take my business else where

The best thing for me personally is the pancake breakfast.

As i was placing my order the lady seem like she didnt know the system as if they just place her on the headseat, and the time frame was around 9:25 pm. with that being said i ask for small fresh fries and i had a large meal also asked for fresh! with no ice in my drink, i got to the window with them handing out food, my fries was cold! No salt! Drink had ice & I asked for no ice, I order a large fries with my meal, the gave me medium fries that was also cold & with no salt , not to mention they kept making me repeat my order to the 3 times while trying to look for my food. Gave me the wrong sauces. Highly disappointed in night crew.
