I pulled up to the drive through at 3:30am….the only menu i saw was the breakfast menu and it alerted me “what would you like from the breakfast menu…it tells me to come to the first window….i do…then im told its only lunch…ok no problem, but however the only problem was….they didn’t know what i could order….only “would you like chicken or beef….i have no idea because i could only see they the brunch menu half way even though i explained to then only the breakfast menu showed……..

Got in the McDonald's and after the she finished with the first customer they just do it there and talk. I had to clear my throat to get her attention.then when I placed my order and got home myfood was cold .

Apparently, the “system” goes down after 12a, and it’s “cash only” Soo yeah they are definitely schemin. Making people wait 15min for a damn double cheeseburger. Bffr.. they think they
hustlin, you’d think they’d better at it. Amateurs.

Just left there. Waited in drive thru 5 mins at the speaker. No one said anything. Pulled to the first window and found 3 employees at the window talking to a mam outside the window. I was told they were closed for repairs which is fine. But i just know they were alerted that i was at the speaker. Mind you i paid for my meal on the app. So im hoping i get my $ back. I will be calling in the morning since they didn't answer tonight

Bad service I make a order at 7:42 am before I start work so I order in curbside and the persons never have my order I’m so tired to ask and they say they don’t have nothing so they give me. My order at 8:20 am I think it’s not fair to order breakfast burritos and get cold I pay for hot food not cold. I wish I have my money back.

Management isn't trespassing homeless people, and they panhandle right at the pickup window. One time a ketchup packet fell on the ground and a homeless person picked it up and handed it to me, gross. It's also expensive. My breakfast is $11.44, but the same order is $9.83 at 610 and main. They routinely do not read the ticket where I ask for ketchup and the order has to be checked as it is often wrong. Don't ever go inside as I've seen some violent incidents with mentally ill homeless people.

Today I ordered take out and they forgot to get me my drink. Seemingly when I asked for it the employee, who seemed to be drunk, was being extremely rude and created an uncomfortable environment. The other employees didn't stop this, they just watched and didn't care. Do better...

My sister went in for some food at around 8:00 PM on July 31st and came back without her drink saying a drunk employee was harassing her and no employee did anything but laugh. Actual laughable joke of a staff team. She had to ask for her food multiple times while being harassed by a guy asking what her name was and what school she went to. If there isn't anything done about that shifts employees I'm going to be taking legal action.

All I wanted was a coffee. The lady at the front refused to take my order saying I had to use the Kiosk but she just took orders from 2 different people before me. She was Hispanic and so was the people she took the orders from. Racial discrimination!
