This McDonald’s has always had poor service. The folks working there seems like the were hired because the needed people and didn’t care who they were. They hire folks who have NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. I ordered a number 6 with a small drink. I’ve been going to fast food places for YEARS and never had to specify if I wanted fries. Only time is when you just want the sandwich. I went inside to ask what was going on (I was NOT BEING rude) and was met by a kid who then when to a little girl working at the fry section. This girl has no idea what customer service is. I explained to her what happened (NOT BEING RUDE) and the best she can do is charge me for fries… it was a mistake made by her staff not us and they couldn’t compensate us with the fries we originally wanted.. as if those fries came out of her paycheck. Idk if she was a manger or what but yall need to keep her in the back or something because THAT wasn’t how you tend to customers when the mistake was made by the employee. This kind of issue seems more prevalent with the lunch-dinner crew. Idk who the hiring manager is but yall need to hire folks who want to be there and have a basic knowledge of customer service. The kicker about all of this is that these folk wanna make $20/hr and this the kind of experience they provide folks??🤣🤣 I don’t know how this location has 5 stars. It must be bots or employees giving 5 stars

Meify Meify

Did a mobile order for pick up and when I arrived I was told they don't have my order. I was told I was at fault for losing my order even though I showed proof my order was for their location via the mobile app and email of the transaction. My order was still refused. I am disgusted that they would gaslight me into believing I was at fault when they lost my order.

It was terrible service, the woman wanted to charge us $0.25 cents extra for some Happy Mills that we had ordered She told us that she was not divine in the second purchase we made, she has a terrible attitude, she is a short lady and she is Latina, please talk to her about your service or else withdraw

TERRIBLE. I've never been so heated over fast food. Ordered 2 mobile orders. Wait 15 minutes to check in so I know it's done. They say I have to come inside to get it, fine. Whatever. I walk inside. See my food and stand right in front of the mobile pickup. 10 minutes. 10 minutes employees stare at me, walk passed me and make other orders. Mind you. I'm smiling at them everytime they look at me, like hello. Finally after 10 minutes of watching my food and having another employee STAND DIRECTLY in front of me and wipe the counter, I ask for my food. She just stares at me. I even had to ask for my drink since they were about to forget that. Last thing by the way, insulting customers in another language and assuming people don't understand you, is ridiculous. Just stood there laughing calling people lazy and ignorant as if I don't understand. I come here once a week. Not anymore.

The five stars is for the staff I see everyday at the drive thru. I’m here for breakfast and lunch almost everyday. Unfortunately, the manager is not very nice. She parked next to me one day and gave me a stern look and became judgmental. This was never a problem until that day. She sent two employees out who couldn’t talk at all just “you need to leave” while I was parked outside. Treat others the way you want to be treated, especially their not bothering anyone, don’t occupy your restaurant and eat there a few times a day.
