All these in house rules they have like no coffee after 9pm when they close at 12pm. There is always a issue when ordering. Shut this location down, make a better use of the building or atleast change management.

I wish I could give them a 0 instead of one star I just came through the drive thru ordered 2 five dollar meals one with a double cheeseburger no ketchup no mustard add Mac sauce & they charge me 40cents for the sauce to get home & there's barely any sauce like it's not your money it's mine🤬🤬🤬, then when you call nobody answer the phone but don't worry I'll be contacting corporate on y'all as well, cause it's not the first time either

I placed an order through the mobile app got in the store and stood at the counter for over 10 minutes while I watched them serve three other customers, two of whom placed orders after I had already arrived and was waiting and then I had to wait for a fourth customer to point out that they were ignoring me and skipping over my order for them to even pay attention And then they did just started on my food at that point they had completely ignored me and my entire order for near 15 minutes mind you I was the only dark skin non-Spanish-speaking person in the restaurant

I paid for a McCafe coffee with extra Fudge that I didn't get my extra fudge at all,and I told the manager she looked at me like I'm crazy saying she did but she didn't and it's crazy because an other lady came behind me and said the same thing the manager had a red shirt on so I known she was the manager she need to do better,,, I'm very mad 😠 😡 about this will be calling corporate on her

if i could give zero zero zero all the way across the board i would; i came here through THE DRIVE THRU for fries and a frappe on my lunch break that i never got. the line took sooooo long literally my whole entire break which was 30 minutes!!! and i still didn't even get what i came there for ?? , so i decided to get out and try to see if i could go inside just to pay for my two simple items and go. these people had the dinning area locked so you couldn't enter at 7pm on a Tuesday?? i was knocking at the door to see if they would just at least let me pay and go but they looked at me knocking on the door and told me no & shoo'd me away from the door as if i was a homeless person or something , i was constantly signaling that i did and askin could they come to the door so i could explain i stood there for 10 mins and they still ignored me, she even went out her way to let someone who was in the dinning area already out the back door. had to walk up to the window & they all acted as if they didn't speak english & they seemed as if they didn't even care i expressed that it was rude of them to not even see what i was trying to ask of them as a customer i would Never come back here these people don't value customers, they don't even seem like they want to work there the whole team was terrible nobody even apologized or offered my items to me still even after all of this. find better workers people are coming here to spend hard earned money you shouldn't treat people like that.

I went to dine in around 6 am for breakfast. They gave me a table marker to place on my table so they would serve me the food. None of the employees served me. But they served a white Hispanic man instead. I was racially profiled and discriminated against. I want a supervisor to contact me immediately. Please give me your number so we can discuss this. You can't treat people this way. Hell on this McDonald's!
