Every time I go to this location, there's some sort of inconvenience. I really never have any issues with any other fast food restaurants (including other McDonalds restaurants).. and I honestly eat out quite a bit lol. But the last few visits here (ranging from several days ago to several months ago), I have had nuggets missing from the bag that were charged on the receipt, I have had 25 minute wait times just to finally receive cold fries, and I have had to drive back before just to have missing items given as well. Side note, I never have had more than a $15 ticket at this location. My orders are just for myself. I even popped by once several weeks ago at 11:48pm and they were already telling people they were closed in the drive thru. To be honest, it's gotten annoying enough that any time I want McDonalds, I just go to the Bissonnet and Highway 6 location, even though it's further from my house. I never have any issues there, and at least they are 24/7 too. But I have to go out of my way for that because of my negative experiences at this store. I tried to give this store another chance a few days ago, and I had another 30 minute wait. Maybe I'm just popping by at the absolute worst timings ever each time I go to this store, who knows... I've worked in food service for nearly 3 years so I get the hassle. But it does suck that this is a constant occurrence

The service was slow…I asked for an iced coffee and waited for 15 minutes. The workers were also rude I guess that’s apart of the uniform.

Made an online order 5 minutes ahead of time. Drive to the store to pick up my order. Was told to pull up to the very front to wait on my order. I was waiting there for 15 minutes while several other customers went ahead of me. I had only order a quarter pounder and large fry. Instead of making my order they just gave me a refund. They made me late for work and had to take my antibiotic on an empty stomach. I will never go here again

This McD is definitely a mixed bag. In general, you won't have much problems with drive through. Dine in and takeouts are another story altogether. Service can be extremely slow and there's a definite feeling that the staff does not have their act together as even when orders are ready, there's nobody checking on them and giving them to the customers.

It's an amazing environment amazing employees amazing managers and GM everything about this store is amazing everyone there is very sweet and respectful it is a happy place to be from service managers to kitchen managers to the crew they are all amazing I love this mcdonald's and I recommend to anyone who wants a good experience

This location is the closest to my home but they're service is really bad they mest up your orders and get mad when you let them know.LUIS is Not helpful at all when talking about their reward app glitching plus not customer service from the manager.

Customer standing waiting , it took 15 min. For employees to noticed, not good , for those who stand in drive in and no customer in drive through should help, or service drinks should help instead wait for team leader to ask employees to help out .even some customer standing at front counter for 5-10 min. With requested to order ? It not good . And none employees come to front counter . Maria is an excellent employee, she do her job well . She always willing to help ,when customers waiting to be order .You want to make sure customers come in and come out with foods in no time , team works it the best solution. Employees with good characters does not need to be ask or requested or for assistance.
