Honestly the worts they need hire new manager new staff that can take care of customer it’s priority that’s why people pay for their meal it’s not like it’s free. Night shift the worts they are super slow all times and the wait it’s takes forever, which they are getting sales so why not take care of customer. Maybe have night shift manager who can handle the store. Not sure what’s the problem. Instead they rather lose money and customer. They should give fresh food as well. Please work on getting better.

I place a mobile order at 10:20 and was on my way for the food got there before 10:30 and was a big line when I got to the speaker they told me they couldn't give me the food since it was passed the time and had to cancel my order. What's a mobile order for then why waste people's time. Not my fault line was long and not my fault they couldn't make the order when I place the order. Mcdonalds has bad costumer service as well.

If I could give zero stars I would. My order had items missing also I asked for large frap and was giving a small. Not only did they tell me to pay extra but they put the small frap in a large cup and just filled it with whip. By the time I got home the whip was melted and was less than half the cup. I work I. Restaurant business and the lady at the window was very rude when i politely tried to fix my problem. Manager also was careless about situation because he did not fix the problem. I’ve been coming here for years and he has been here for years as well did not expect that from him. It is what it is just wanted to share my experience.

Just ordered a drink from the drive thru and got charged for another order, that’s fine mistakes happen. The 1 start is rated for the way the cashier responded to the situation followed by the service the manager who handled the refund with a very frustrating attitude. No matter how big or small the order it should be handle with a pleasant attitude.
