This was the most terrible experience I have ever came upon . I ordered my food for my children on the mobile app I went to pick up like normal. I get there and whey said they don’t have my order then lied to my face about the address when it’s written on the door basically questioning my intelligence. Then the young lady who lied about address calls manager the manager Gloria she laughs in my face says that she can’t find the order so I then proceed to work so I stood there asking and showing all the proof from the app all the way up into the money being taking out my account . This clearly was a simple problem that this lady couldn’t solve I don’t see how this could possible be the manager of this location she barely spoke English she has low comprehension skills and has no type of communication skills . This is ridiculous I have no understanding to this situation. 1 plus 1 equal 2 . It was that simple of a problem. If you gave away my order just accept that and apologize and move on and make the order . It’s not that hard . It is clear that they have the wrong people working here and need to brush up on there communication skills English and work skills. She is truly terrible as a manager. Can’t even read or spell this is ridiculous i don’t know if this location was in desperation when hiring this incompetent people but yall have to do better please

I just ordered through the drive thru about 45 minutes ago and I requested twice that I wanted Buffalo sauce with my McNuggets and I didn’t get it. The ironic part is she even acknowledged that I said Buffalo and I still received not a single Buffalo sauce but all BBQ instead. It’s funny because I NEVER eat McDonald’s anymore and the one time I go there they mess up my order. Yeah not going back to McDonalds. Learn how to use your ears and check the orders before expediting.

I asked who manages the bathrooms as this is between McDonald's and Shell as there was NO SOAP in there. I had just seen a McDonald's employee in there. McDonald's just blew me off and said they had soap, so it was no big deal to come back into the food service area with dirty hands. You couldn't pay me to eat there.

I just stopped to order something to eat It's 3:00am, it's supposed to be 24 hours and when I get to order they tell me that they are closed and they are taking orders. And I told him but if there are more vehicles in front of me I imagine they already ordered And the person over the loudspeaker said that they were special online orders. I felt bad because they were supposed to be providing service 24/7 haha bad very bad I asked to speak to the manager and they completely ignored me. I had to come home hungry and disappointed with no desire to return.

I brought my two granddaughters to this McDonald's today and they were excited about sitting like the high tables with the high chairs. After we received our food you notice that the table was dirty. I walked back up to the counter and ask him something to clean it. She sent an employee to assist me and I asked her to please clean the table so that my granddaughter could sit there. She said there's another table you can sue at. I told her that my granddaughters (5 & 10) wanted to sit at the High table. I asked for her manager and the manager said she would talk to her but then sent out a different employee to wipe the tables so this young lady would not have to do it. The manager Gloria appeared to be afraid of the employee and asked someone else to clean the table. Terrible service! In addition, there were ants on the table where we decided to sit.
Bairon & Jaycee went crazy as in did their thing today great custo service!!!! In the front Jaycee never let me down when getting my order to me out hot and ready quick in a hurry!

If you’re reading this, please do not order from this place!!! I just ordered a happy meal for my son, and 2 double cheeseburgers for myself and the burger buns are filled with MOLD!! We took pictures, and threw everything away immediately.
Not sure if food went under recommended temperature with the storm/power outages, but this is crazy unacceptable. Not sure how this got past anybody. Hopefully customers see this and save themselves the time, and restaurant management see this and resolve this issue immediately.

Do not order Uber eats from here at night time. They are drive through only so the order sits getting ice cold while your delivery driver waits in the line. My delivery driver sat in line over 1hour waiting for my order and it tasted old and stale when i got it
