Its always a problem when I go here using my rewards. Mainly I use the 2x drink for $1.00. Every day they change it saying I can only get 1 drunk at a time (though the coupon clearly states 2x) and other times they allow me the 2 drinks at the same time. No matter what time you go the staff is all laughing, playing around and speaking Spanish and if you requesta manager she is either very nasty and rude or too busy to speak with you…. overall HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Olus if you don’t request made to order you will likely get food thats been sitting for hours. THIS STORE NEEDS A NEW MANAGER AND EMPLOYEES

This is the worst drive through in this area, they will miss you order every time! Literally twice this week I’ve come here buying 5 meals doing errands with my family n kids and they have forgotten complete meals every single time it is so annoying. I even asked the window guy is this everything and he said yes lo and behold I come home to spending $40 n getting $20 with hungry kids. So thanks again for ruining lunch and if you decide to go to this one check ur bags because people here are completely inconsiderate n apparently incompetent as well.

This location is one to avoid especially during early morning. Some employees are awesome and then there are some who needs to learn some Customer service. I've overlooked ignorance at this location many times but enough is enough already. Oh and so many times you can chalk it up to having a bad day. This location will not get any more of my hard-earned money. I now drive out of my way to another location, if I need to have a McDonald's for that day but otherwise I stay far away. They need to remember, we are their business. The customer. Without us. They are nothing. They know they would not have a job and maybe we're better off without these fast food restaurants where some of their employees feel like they are entitled and can treat customers like the stuff that they just wiped off the bottom of their shoes. It's freaking ridiculous.

Terrible service!!!! When I was at the window to pickup my food , the drive thru lady already had my food and another lady!!! Looks like a manager snatched the bag of food from her and told her to send me to wait on a curbside space. I spent money here almost 3 times per week but considering not to do so anymore. The morning people are more friendly….

Ordered a fish filet 6 this is horrible. This fish sandwich, which costs $8, is smaller than a Happy Meal burger. McDonald's needs to do better. I'm so disappointed 😞. I had surgery and can't drive, so I have to deal with this type of service,never again.
