The Mexican lady that was in the cashier in the morning (I am hispanic myself), was VERY RUDE. She was yelling to the other staff, came at our table to take our napkins away claiming that we had taken “too many”. Then started to yell at us in front of all the other customers. WE ARE NOT coming back to this place any time soon

Half our food was hot half was cold. Not sure how that works. Burger was not made properly either. I thought with all of the remodeling they would change a lot of things but everything goes back to normal. No happy.

I had a mobile pick up order. The woman at the first drive through was very sweet and respectful I dont know her name but she looked to be from the Philippines or from asian decent. However when I pulled into the pick up drive through the girl with the rattey blonde hair and Grey jacket was extremely disrespectful and didn't even let me finish my sentence before pushing my food to me and telling me to have a nice day while closing the window. I was just waning some ketchup.

I ordered a Medium Mocha Frappuccino, and this is all the chocolate drizzle that was added. See the picture attached.Either lazy or decided pushing customers through the line was more important than quality.. either way, not coming back to this location.

What the McHell is going on at this location???The drive thru cashier has his cell phone out and trying to type in your CC numbers as fast as he can , yet , right in front of you. I let the manager know and she didn't seem to care. This foreign employee must not know what a curb stomp entails.

The man who took our order was so charming and polite I nearly fell out of my car. I took my granddaughter there today as the only other time we went the food was hot and fresh so we decided to return. Again the food was perfect - hot and fresh. Keep up the good work

Ordered hot mocha with breakfast. No whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. Also the chocolate is never stirred in so It basically tastes like a latte until you get to the bottom. Is it really that hard to give it a quick stir?
