I placed my mobile order 27 mins ago, and when arrived I was asked to pull up to the waiting window and wait for over 10mins. Then I had to call the store and ask to speak to a manager to inform them that I had been waiting for my order. Manager answer the phone and then came to the window and was very disrespectful towards me by calling me a liar for the wait time and nodding his head on everything I said and told me NO to my wait and showed attitude he doesn't give a damn on customer service. Manager name: Carlos. Attention to management of McDonald's for this review. I demand a proper apology for this disrespect I had faced at your store.

This place never gets your order right. My coworker ordered 4 sausage biscuits and they only gave biscuits no sausage and didn’t make it right. The manager didn’t offer a solution when I called. This wasn’t the 1st time something like this happened either.

This location is a mixed bag of good and bad. The good is most of the employees are excellent and give great service. The tea, both sweet and unsweetened is horrible at this location. It tastes old and it's like the containers are never cleaned.
The food is always hot and good though.
The bad is the homeless and street thugs that are allowed to hang out inside and outside this location. It makes it very uncomfortable to eat there. They stare you down while you're trying to eat. Almost like they are trying to force you to give them cash to stop. The police need to be called and remove these unsavory characters.

Service was as expected, no problems with some wait on busy hours. Though, there was too much sunlight and no shade by the drive through. An item was also ruined by a spot of strange flavor which I fear may have been a non menu substance. 😠
