They charge you extra for food you don't order. And I received the meat of my burnt hamburger. Don't come to this location. I asked to talk to the manager and he just said I don't know anything. Very unprofessional here

I been eating at this particular location and yesterday had a bad experience with a semi new lady she was very rude to me as I was waiting for a drink and then this morning tried me again I ran her in to the manager and I don’t ever do that I come to I’m not dining here anymore after 4 years.

Parked me for 2 cheeseburgers. I specifically only got the cheeseburgers to make it easy. Homeless encampment nearby affects atmosphere.

This location is indubitably GOD AWFUL. I ordered a simple backet of fries and strawberry shake. And that took 15 minutes of my life I can't get back. The first shake they sent out was all vanilla yogurt with a teaspoon of strawberry. So then I end up going inside because I was still waiting on my basket of fries. The 2nd shake had all strawberry and no yogurt and collapsed right before my eyes. Then I ended up getting a basket of fries that had been sitting and was luke warm. God bless This crew.

The worse McDonalds you could come to. Horrible customer service on behalf of manager Maria and cashier Patricia. They were beyond rude about a simple refill for my son. They denied him a refill and insulted my mom. I called their corporate number and no answer. Very unprofessional and dirty place.
