The McDonald's on Gessner and Westview consistently impresses, but our recent visit was exceptional thanks to Loreal. Though she wasn't the manager, she was clearly in charge during a busy rush, handling everything with remarkable efficiency. The restaurant was clean, and our food was incredibly fresh—hot burgers, crispy fries, and perfectly chilled drinks. Loreal’s leadership made for an excellent and seamless experience. We'll definitely be back to this excellent location!

No machine for refills on lobby, door lock for resetroom waiting time for service to long time
Terrible service. Ordered burgers and fries for 2 two was asked to pull forward watched them serve 4 cars while I waited. Food came out and half the burgers where wrong it happens no biggie should have just needed to ask them for the forgotten toppings however the fries were also Luke warm at best and stale like they had been reheated. When I went inside they told me I was wrong and the fries were not stale. I got a refund and drove 2 blocks to the location at hammerly where I ordered the exact same thing and it all came out perfect. Save yourself the headache and pass up this location.
