Terrible service. I asked for more tomato sauce and they denied it and the manager was a dark-haired woman about 50 years old... I told her I can pay for it. I don't accept it, he said it was only 2 packages for large potatoes and one for medium ones....horrible service.

Usually is a busy but productive place, but the quality of service has taken a nose dive lately. Only a handful of employees are really polite and respectful. Customers are constantly bringing back incorrect orders and some of the employees are passive aggressive. My oatmeal was soupy and they gave me the wrong biscuit (I ordered sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin and was given a ham egg and cheese). I understand sometimes people have a bad day and accidents happen, but to be this unorganized and negligent comes across as deliberate when coinciding with passive aggressive behaviors. Hopefully it changes moving forward.

Morning shift ladies always tempered for some reason and asking for something feels like asking for a favor lol .. It gets busy as well and yall always short on staff ! I spend money at least two times and sometimes more than three timee at this place and cant even charge a device neither can ask for water and if u get it its a babys size ! They be saving plastic and water too

I spend the whole week for my coffee But those who prepare the coffee are very despotic, very rude, but that Colombian and the Honduran Pure talk It took me up to 10 minutes for them. And I should teach them how to make a good ice coffee, I had to throw it away, it tasted like pure water. Please treat the customer well

The place was dirty, especially the children's room, there was not even a clean table to sit on, it took me a long time to get my food and the service was not the best, the games are nice.
Went to dine-in at 6:30 a.m. and was told that they didn't open until 7:00 a.m. I checked the lobby hours and it said they opened at 5:00 a.m. If you don't open at 5:00 a.m. then change your store hours. I ended up going somewhere else to eat. The worker that told me they weren't open yet was very rude!

This place is absolutely ridiculous! It’s absolutely ridiculous, every single time no matter what I order I have to pull into one of their reserved spots and what longer! Today All 6 spots are taken with people waiting for their food. What could possibly be going wrong! This is supposedly fast food but yet it’s not! I never have to wait at the other fast food restaurants. This place needs new management!

I had to give McDonalds a 4 because the slide was sticky. So it wasn’t a slide as much as it was a slow painful scoot-athon 😅😂
