I wish I never gave this place any stars where should I start off bad customer service, oh if you get breakfast here just be aware you will get food poisoning, and last you will never get your order right.

Im so mad because I order a milkshake and apparently they don’t know what a milkshake is. The lady that took my order place a chocolate and then the lady that was trying to to give me the chocolate told me I needed to wait like five minutes to get the milkshake which I said yes and then they came with an ice coffee idk what’s wrong with them or if they need more training idk im just mad because I paid for something I didn’t wanted and I don’t have time to go and tell them I have stuff to do. Too many mistakes at once, unbelievable!

Exactly what you’d expect at McDonald’s. Their service is a bit lacking. You can tell they are training a lot of new employees and has been this way over many months of coming here.

One of the workers called me a pendeja after I tipped another for curbside service this morning. She thought I didn't know spanish but her behavior was disgusting and unprofessional!! The food is good, and the employee I tipped is excellent, but the other woman needs to be fired!

F McDonald's. They need to investigate if the employees are doing stuff to people's food whenever a customer is upset because I went there once and ordered an egg with cheese biscuit and the employee gave me chicken biscuit then I heard the employee that works in the kitchen lacking accountability. She wanted to make sure I wasn't lying about getting my order wrong then she tried to find other excuses that I would be in the wrong instead of just fixing it right away. She even asked if I had an attitude and the cashier employees said no. It made me feel that if I did get upset or had an attitude what would she have done if I had.
Seats Clean, Floor shiny and the Atmosphere is great the wait time was 2 minutes and the ice cream machine was working and the soda machine haves ice and coke was not out and food was not uncooked and the double quarter pounder was juicy and not dry and fries were not unsalted and nuggets were crispy and juicy and the waiter and cashier were nice and all the food was $23.45 😋 🍔 🍟🥤🍦🍗

Just stopped in early this morning because my boyfriend and I wanted a Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel.. it's 4:24AM for God's sakes people wake up!! Maybe that girl needs hearing aids or a captions headset but Steak starts with an S not a B, so they sound nothing alike. Maybe your not paying attention or even listening or maybe you're sleep working and not awake yet. I sure wish I could smother this bacon bagel on your face. I don't eat bacon. I don't like bacon and I didn't order bacon! WAKE UP! You obviously need more training because you didn't even bother to repeat my order.
