I just left mcdonalds and everytime the closing manager is there with the yellow vest he is rude and look at people like we were trash my son was very afraid to eat the food because of this

I give Zero stars for Service, Logic, & Understanding. The McDonald's manager argue with me about 2 cookies. I ordered 2 packs of 2 cookies which equals 4 cookies. Two plus two equals four. Correct? Ok, One pack of 2 cookies costs 1.89 and two packs of 2 cookies cost 3.78. My receipt shows 3.78. The McDonald's cashier told the McDonald's manager that I only should receive 2 cookies for 3.78. Please help. I refused to leave the drive thru window and the Manager at McDonald's handed me a bag of cookies she squeezed and crumbled because she was mad at me for holding up the McDonald's drive thru line because I was given 2 cookies but I paid for 4 cookies. I was called estupido but the lady did not know I am black but I speak Spanish too. This is not right to get treated in such manner.

This review is for the manager elizebeth , I was picking up my millionth door dash order here . The first employee told me I had to come in where I told him I always pick up through the drive through I have my child. Elizabeth then comes to the window IMMEDIATELY with an attitude. Im telling her to calm the attitude down. She then proceeds to tell me the order will take 10 minutes … 10 MINUTES for 2 hot n spicys and a large fry !?????? im guessing because im door dashing I dont deserve respect. As a manager learn some customer service!!!!

Food is always great when they are OPEN!! Says 24 hours everywhere but after working all day and getting off at 3:20 am, I was told they had to close for 1 hour to switch to breakfast…. Really.
At 10:30 am everyday they switch to lunch and never close. What’s up with that? Change your times online to reflect the hours you have to switch and take the 24 hours off.

I'm there often, it's close by and it's convenient...
The service for breakfast in the morning is always prompt and correct, customer service is great!!
During lunch time it can get backed up, but the food is always fresh, and the customer service is always great...
However in the past 2 weeks I've gone a couple of times to dine-in, in the afternoon and it's the complete opposite...
Yesterday I waited over 10 minutes for two happy meals, and when I tried to inquire about my order with the manager on staff she was rude and unattentive. She didn't even fully acknowledge me because her back was turned. She was literally at the counter and had just served another customer. I ended up speaking to another manager who apologize for the wait, and I addressed the situation with her in regards to her co- worker. It's completely understandable if they are little bit behind in orders, I can be understanding, however, as a waiting customer, it would be greatly appreciate, if the staff, especially management, understood that better customer service goes along ways.
I did fill out the survey given on my receipt...
