I frequently take my granddaughter to play in there very limited play area and eat. She likes there chicken nuggets.i had problems the last few times I have been there. I had a homeless lady walk up to me at the register and asked him if me to buy her food. Then in the way out I had a homeless man at the door ask me for money. My husband was in the drive through and had a guy walk up to his vehicle wanting money. He was being very aggressive. The lady at the window told him they called the police on him. I did not feel safe with my granddaughter with me, I will not be going back to this location. Side note there play area is not that great.

Short staffed. Move slow. Food cold. Restaurant & restrooms NASTY. I Went To Exchange My Sauces Because They Gave Me The Wrong Ones. They Dont Even Acknowledge You, Just Continue To Ignore You Like You’re Invisible. Horrible Customer Service. Throw The Whole Store Away & Try Again.

Shout out to everyone working here. I understand it’s a busy location and it can be a lot for any team but at the end of the day they’ve always done right by me when I come to get lunch on my break. There’s been minimal mistakes on my orders and I’m always satisfied when I come. If any of you see this just know you’re appreciated even though a lot of people don’t show it.

The fries are ALWAYS soggy. They always want you to pull up to the next window to trick the home office into thinking they're faster than they are...but then the orders always wrong so you have to pull arpund again or go inside to complain.

Just had the weirdest experience. It took like 20 minutes just to order my food and get through the line. I didn't see anyone take payments on the first window and it was closed and couldn’t see anyone behind the window. So I assumed we paid at the last window when we get the food. When the lady handed me the food I asked for ketchup and the guy was like you have to pay. I thought he meant the ketchup so I said why if I ordered ketchup on the order. He just kept saying I have to pay and I’m like yeah I am paying but i don't want to pay for the ketchup. He finally told me I had to pay in the last window I was like well no one was there. I reached for my payment he just said I had to get off or go around again to pay. There was a line I wasn’t getting off to pay and wait all over again. I had every intention to pay an $8 meal but they should have taken my payment from the window since they weren’t on the first window. I drove off with the diet coke not realizing i didn’t pay for it. I went on the app and paid for it. This is proof I didn’t steal or anything. I tried talking to the manager on the phone but they hung up on me. So unorganized and when they finally get it they accuse you of stealing and make it harder to get ur food.

Says open 24hrs and nobody answered at the drive through drove up to the window and shorty looked me in my eye and didn’t acknowledge me at least say “we aren’t taking orders or something right now”

Asked for 2 Hot and Spicy with no lettuce and extra mayonnaise at drive-thru. I confirmed the order at first window before paying and they confirmed it and yet still got the order wrong. I had to park and go back in since there was a line at drive thru. Went inside and they just look at you and the person that served me the order didn’t come and ask what’s wrong or anything just simple ignoring customers and making then wait in long lines. Then the manager said to put the correct order. Then after 8 mins of waiting I get my order. Then after giving me order I asked for ketchup and she just walked away. Then I had to stand back in line at the counter to ask for ketchup and I kept calling the McDonalds employee but they are busy talking to each other in spanish and laughing and not paying any attention to the customer. After that a cashier comes after 5 mins comes and I asked her for ketchup and she threw the ketchup in my bag with disrespect. Worst and bizarre customer service and no acknowledgement or the fact that customere qre waiting in a cue.

Crazy work here! I been living in the area since I was kid an still do I stay on Magnum down the street an I've never had a issue ordering online with this certain McDonald's I was in the store sitting down asking y couldn't I order online because their was a order on process but nothing working I went to another McDonald's spoke with a manger there she told me some managers would bump up the system to not work n lie n say the app isn't working Mr,jamie.j at this McDonald's currently tod me the app wasn't working when another manager at another location said it did I order just fine at another location I chose to put this statement under this post because I had to drive far to order my food through an app an the reason I wanted to order y food through the app because i didn't have tap on my phone nor my card I wish you guys can fix this issue I don't want to have to run into this again with my favorite local McDonald's down the street I will be getting in touch with cooperate about this manner as well

Today 05/06/2025 was our worst experience at McDonald's. The child ate an apple and saw that there was mold. After the cheeseburger, my face started itching, although I had never had any allergic reactions before.
