My girlfriend just got off work we went there to get something quick to eat and instead got bad customer service. We order a daily double $6 meal got to the 1st window and asked to do a split payment. The cashier got an attitude so we went to the next window and asked for the manager. While trying to explain what happened. The cashier that was at the second window closed the window on us. The manager opened the window back and said we holding up the line instead of trying to resolve the issue at hand! By far the worst experience we have ever had!

I usually go to this one because it's by my house. Been going to this one for YEARS now and every now and then they will mess up my food, which whatever that's normal for fast food to me. In the past when I take the food back they would replace it and be apologetic, but they recently hired this new guy who always has an attitude every time I used to go to this one. Last time they messed up my order by skipping over it entirely, he was rolling his eyes and acting like I was bothering him. Then when part of that order was wrong he practically threw my order at me to get me to leave. Just nasty attitude and service. Do what everyone else does and complain after the customer leaves, not treat them like trash. Never coming back to this one again. Gonna go out of my way for one of the better McDonald's in the area.

My quarter pounder with cheese was cold so was my French fries won't be back Cold food is cold what more can I say French fries were hard and cold Don't know about you but I want my food hot, I went thru drive thru
Now how many TIMES do I gotta say NO PICKLES like holy holy lady I said it 15 times and you kept asking? Then when I went to pay you read it back to me and still got it wrong!? Then I correct you AGAIN and you still gave me pickles like gah damn 😭 Use at least a little bit of the brain of yours

Hanging out in the drive thru spot # 1.....it's been about 10 minutes. I ordered a meal, so nothing fancy. There's currently no cars in drive thru, nor were there any when I came.... So, figured since I have the time, I should take a star off the last review.
Usually pretty quick, especially in the morning. I live very close, but with construction, getting into and out of the parking lot from 43rd is a bit of a nightmare. Parking lot can easily get crowded and there aren't many spots. Does take mobile orders though.
