I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the unacceptable service my husband and I received during a recent visit to one of your locations. As loyal McDonald’s customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy—something that was severely lacking during our experience.

We placed a simple order for one large and one small fry but were instead given a medium and a small. When we brought this to the attention of an employee named Norma, she refused to believe us and demanded to see our bag. After showing her the incorrect order, she still denied the mistake and refused to correct it. We asked to speak with a manager, and she told us she would get one. We waited for approximately ten minutes before asking again, only for Norma to respond with a smirk, stating the manager was in the restroom. She then shrugged her shoulders dismissively and continued to ignore us.

It wasn’t until we raised our voices out of sheer frustration that another employee finally stepped in to help and resolve the issue. What should have been a simple fix became unnecessarily hostile and humiliating. Norma’s behavior was unprofessional, and it felt as though she took the matter personally, treating us as if we were asking for something we hadn’t paid for.

While I do appreciate Supervisor Victor reaching out and offering complimentary food as a gesture of goodwill, my concern was never about receiving free food—it was about being treated with dignity and respect. I left that location feeling embarrassed and unwelcome, and I’m now questioning whether I would ever feel comfortable returning.

I hope this message serves as a call for better customer service training and accountability. No paying customer should ever be made to feel disrespected or dismissed in this way.

Poor Customer Service and Operational Processes!
I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:57, and it went through without any issues. However, when I arrived at the location shortly after 11, I was informed that they couldn’t prepare my order because they had already switched to serving lunch at 11. I don’t understand why they couldn’t fulfill the order, especially since the ingredients were available and the order was successfully placed. I had to cancel my order, which was so frustrating.

This McDonald’s is so bad it’s kind of funny. I made a mobile order and they forgot all my condiments, including cream and sugar in my coffee, which I found out later. No ketchup, jam butter or syrup for the hotcakes (which I make sure I ordered on the app) But I get it mistakes happen so I went back to get my stuff and had to talk to four people before someone, begrudgingly threw my condiments at me and said you’re welcome!

I know this is just McDonald's so expectations should be low - but there are no words to explain how AWFUL this McDonald's is. By far the worst of the worst with the rudest employees (10/31/24 around 5pm) I've ever interacted with. The OWNER needs to do better. Much better.

9 PM Saturday night October 26 2024 I got served the stalest fries I've ever had in my life like if they picked em up off the floor and stuck em in my bag. Deluxe Chicken Sandwich terrible like It's overcooked or it's something that's been just sitting around and they threw it in the bag. For some reason nothing is fresh what the hell happened?

I would suggest to anyone who orders from this place to ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD. They tend to short-changed on their items; nuggets count always less than they advertised.

Food comes out cold and they get orders wrong all the time. The worst McD in the area. There's another one 5 mins away west that is superior, but there's usually a big line...probably for a good reason.

Worst service ever! ordered a large fry , 2 mc chickens and a large drink, they only gave me one mc chicken and no fries and the lady argued with me gave me a medium cup and insisted that it was a large cup charged me a large cup price.
