I ordered the sausage egg mcmuffin today and it had egg shells in the first bite so I returned it and had a remake then I drive home and take my bites and toward the last 2 bites there were 5 pieces of egg shell and since I ate majority of the sandwich the second time I did not return it. And I made almost home so I didn't go back to complain in person. This is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks and its gross unpleasant to bite into something hard and super crunchy and it keeps happening. The people I spoke to are nice well the morning people are. But this is enough for me to stope eating this sandwich. The photo is the egg shells from the second remade sandwich.

I had a very uncomfortable experience during my visit. The employee who assisted me, Kandece, spoke to me in a condescending and aggressive tone. I was polite, but the interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional.

Worst service ever. Ordered online, drove into curbside slot, entered curbside slot number into app and waited. And waited.
After 1/2 hour went inside and food is been sitting there. Their excuse? The slot number don’t print on the order label.
Ridiculous excuse as slot numbers are not assigned at time of order. Staff clearly did not know how their own system works. No sorry, no thing. Just kept repeating the system didn’t print my spot on the label so don’t know what to do with it. Food and coffee cold and nasty.

Won’t be coming back. Service and food was always usually OK but last night I was given a raw double quarter pounder that I ended up eating half of before finally noticing something was off. I ordered ahead of time and you managed to serve raw food.
The attendance girl didn't give me the order when it was ready, so I have wait for her while the meal.8s getting cold.

I asked for tomatoes but the worker put cheese instead. 😒 ? I made my order as simple as possible, at least they should care to read the instructions better. Also I asked for 2 mustards in front of this lady and she only gave me 1 😞. …HOWEVER, the manager was super nice, and he understood my situation , 🥰and professionally made things fair. So I will give a 4 star instead of a 2 because of how nice the manager was.🥳

We always stop by to try soemthing when we are out. We always order fish fillets. Since the special edition came into the menu, we loved the chicken and ordered it. Tonight we ordered two snack wraps and one of it has so weird texture near to raw. My first bit I felt it and my husband also tried and aproved and took it to the manager.
First, they said they will make another one but later she came to us telling us very rudely that if you are not satisfied you have to mention it in your very first bite!! The wrap itself is too small!! How do they think we just did it to have a free one! This is an awful customer service! I will never come back there or any other branch again!
