I witnessed with my own eyes, my food get served to the car in front of me!! The customer ate some of my fries and realized it was not their order and returned my bag to the drive through server, then the server gave them back a bigger bag. Then the server gave me the open bag with half the fries missing. I told them that I saw everything that happened the lied and denied it all and would not give me new fries.

The management of this McDonald’s is incompetent. Every time I go through the drive-through, something is missing from my order. If you ask to speak with a manager or someone that can adjust your bill, they just ghost you. I just want the food and drinks I paid for. And if I ask for packets of ketchup, I need more than one.

I see they remove the sticker in the window that says they sell chemical-based foods only. The food takes horrible and it tastes like something I have the box and not even real meat. The taste a whole lot different in the beef.

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s a shame this used to be a really nice, well ran McDonald’s. Now I constantly get my order taken or made wrong, so started using mobile ordering thru app. Today, I used my points for a free Big Mac and I’ve never had a burger made so incorrectly before I’m honestly shocked. Asked for no Mac sauce, my burger is literally drenched in it, and again, no cheese. I paid for tomato which typically you get two, today I got 5. Asked for no onions, lo and behold…onions! This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve ordered a burger with cheese to not get it. I hate to be that guy who literally sits at the window and dissects his burger making sure it was made right but I guess it’s come to that. To top it off, half and half teas you get either unsweetened which I’d take or all sweet which is way, way too sweet. I’m baffled how a restaurant that used to be so turnkey now be so screwed up.
