They kept you waiting for 20 minutes without serving and kept saying you were the next. Poorest service and really bad attitude!!!

I go here every morning for my wife's breakfast, but honestly I'm starting to think it's better to drive elsewhere. The morning staff is rude as hell. I almost went off on the young Hispanic gay guy with tattoos on his hand because of his smart allec tone and inability to understand my request. He was rude, condescending and acted like he couldn't hear or understand me:"huh, huh, what you say??" I had to talk at the top of my voice causing me stress. About 75% of the time they get my order correct but sometimes the drive through staff is just outright mean and unprofessional. Most of the kitchen staff is ok, but the young gay guy with black fingernails should not be at the window. He lacks patience, professionalism, and diplomacy. I will say that they move fast, and the food is usually very good, but the Espresso machine has been down for a month. 🤨

This is the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Waiting 10 minutes at the drive-thru is normal. If you go at 8 PM, no one will respond to you. When you drive up to the window to ask why no one is answering, they tell you they’re closed, even though they’re supposed to close at 10 PM.

The restaurant and employees are great, but God forbid you come in the morning during rush hour because 9 times out of 10 there will be an 18 wheeler blocking your way to the drive through, and if you park before he gets there you'll get blocked in and have to sit there and wait until he's done unloading. I don't know if it's McDonald's corporate or the trucking company scheduling the times but rush hour in Houston is terrible time management.
It's harsh to rate a McDonald's 1 star, and I feel bad for the staff honestly, I think they're doing what they told to with very limited resources (training, pay, assistance, etc.) But service has been off for a while and knowing that their busy almost all the time due to location, franchise owner should do better in maintaining the service. The location is understaffed, making the employee seems burnout, and add minimum pay, they just can't get it together.

All I wanted was honey mustard and a sweet n sour Carmen told me I couldn't use my phone to pay for it cause there was no register at the 2nd window which was OK but her attitude wasn't right she was very rude about the situation!

More often than not, the curbside pickup spaces are taken by people walking in. When they are open, orders placed in advance still take far longer than any fair expectation should be.

I have been waiting in line at this drive up for 20 minutes. No explanation from anybody about what's taking so long, I'm going to be late to church. Very upsetting. I will never stop at this McDonald's again.
