The worst customer service in life and lying to me! They say 24 hours but once you get here the employee said hi Sir you have to come back we just got thru serving lunch but it's 4:58 a.m. smh! If it's a 24 hours service how you are not prepared for breakfast! #ijs 🤦🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️

I haven't tried the McDonald for a long time, probably for many years. I bought my daughter to this place after a trip to University of Houston. We tried one big Mac, one chicken sandwhich, chicken nuggets and some fries. The shop is very small and not that clean. The chicken sandwhich tastes really bad compared to ChickFA. No taste at all. The big Mac tastes better. The nuggest also sucks. Anyway, overall it's a bad experience and I probably will not visit McDonald for the next many years.

They take an exceptionally long time to take orders and deliver food, especially during the night shift. The drive-thru typically has only two cars at a time, yet it still takes around 40 minutes for them to process and hand over the orders. Overall, the service is consistently terrible.

A manager was rude and refused to give me my meal and then on top of that refused to give my food so I asked for a refund and the manager said no and had an employee come to the back of my car in the drive through and throw items at my car then I called the police and parked in the lot to wait she then came outside and pulled a gun on me and another patron. This is unacceptable at this point not only have the staff stolen my money and vandalized my property the manager threatened my life. This need to be addressed immediately. A police report has been filed.

When I went in to get breakfast and use the bathroom the rude girl at the counter asked if I had bought food when I asked for access to the bathroom before she would unlock it. Sorry if the bathroom needed to be the first stop before I peed my pants. Will be visiting McDonalds less as they are locking their bathrooms and not teaching their employees to be courteous.

I don’t know who they hired in the past week or two, but this place went down the drain drastically. There is one girl there that can’t complete an order correctly if her life depended on it and I go there every single day.

Ordering takes more than 20 min, even in the drive thru on a not so busy night. Takes another 10 minutes to receive your food. Employees always get your order wrong, without fail. It’s so frustrating that it’s actually kind of funny. Also, the meals aren’t charged as meals; each item is charged separately which makes your order more expensive than normal. Avoid at all costs.
Kevin served me and my friends on the busiest day and time of the week . Not only was his service immaculate but he was gracious and polite to us ! We love you Kevin!
