Worst location EVER! Rude staff that was not accommodating for not having ice cream that I ordered. I ordered a large vanilla shake ($3) and a regular Mcflurry ($4.19) and was told I could either get 2 pies or 2 drinks as a replacement. 2 pies or 2 drinks isn't the almost $8 I spent. Then the rude lady on the cash register at 3am on December 27th tried to argue with me and took 1 pie away to give me my second drink... absolutely insane. THEN it ended up being the nasty holiday pie noone wants 😒 the worst experience ever and I will never be back! Save your time and money.

Wasted 20 minutes of my time because of system reset. Screen shows dinner menu, they’re saying breakfast only. Then proceeds to tell me they’re not taking the app codes. Obviously lying because the app showed that the code was accepted.

Worst location near me, customer service is always horrible. Grumpy old workers that give you attitude for no reason. Forget food items in bag. Not once have I gone to this location and had a good experience. Workers need better training immediately.

Two McDouble meal deals, one without cheese and one without pickles. Mcdouble with no cheese grill slip, has cheese. Meal deals? No deal, as they both came without the nuggets. Ordered a 20 piece and basket of fries and got pictured nugget. $27 for what?!

I understand that the staff wants to leave on time but close 20 minutes earlier so as not to attend to people I think it's wrong !!!
I saw how they took out the people who had been waiting for their order for 10 minutes and they told them to give them to take everything because they didn't want to have them here

(July 1st 2017) The place is under new management and has really gone downhill. I've asked to speak to the manager several times and she's never there, even when she's supposed to be scheduled. You get ignored at the counter. They just turn their back on you and let you stand there, or run off to the dinning room, or stock. It's apparent no one cares about customers.
