Came to eat here for my break and waited over an hour for my food, the manager gave me some unpleasant attitude when I said I was there to pick up my online app order. It was originally placed for drive-thru but changed it to in store pick up due to the long line and was told by her I “shouldn’t” have done that. Horrible manager!

I asked for buffalo sauce and extra fries, but they did the exact opposite. They gave me an outdated Happy meal toy when I was looking for the newer Hello Kitty toys. Really bad service. Would not recommend.

Horrible service, I am customer with two small girls (3 and 8)and denied access to play area restroom for my 3 year old , with no explanation other than no. Management needs training on customer courtesy. No name tag but it was on a Saturday at 4 PM

You know it's bad when corporate ignores the bad reviews for a location.

You are better off going into the dining room and ordering. Even then you're better off going to your next closest location than actually waiting for them to serve you. If you go through the drive-thru even if you order ahead on the app, they will park you. It does not matter what you order. They will park you and make you wait excessively. It does not matter if there is a line or not.

If you want everything that can go wrong at McDonald's to go wrong then go to this location. It's always a mess and the workers don't care. If you ask them about it, they will be rude to you, and they will deliberately mess up your food. They will deny you a refund. They do not care.

🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m beyond pissed the 1st picture is the 1st time I ordered. I clearly ordered a 6c which is mix match wraps I said extra cheese WHERE THE HELL IS THE CHEESE you made me pay for it so I’m not understanding where it is. The first order was so horrible you had me waiting over 10 minutes and food was cold and the chicken strips were hard and old. I know yall have a production manager why would you let your team serve this crap to people yall gotta do better I refuse to go back I really want my money back and I will not be revisiting this location ever again
