If you ever get a French fry box that hasn’t had the bottom popped in, youre being shorted on food. we’ve all worked at McDonald’s and we all know that owner/operators do this scam to give you less food for your money. They must think we’re stupid. I went back inside and popped the fry box in front of them and showed them my half portion of fries they gave me.

This is one of the worst mcdonalds i have the displeasure of going to. I regularly end up making deliveries for this store, and this particular interaction left an exceptionally bad taste in my mouth. An employee gave out my order to another delivery driver, and after speaking with then manager Oscar, he refused to remake the order as it would be a loss for himself. Even as a customer, it is a terrible experience. Often, employees are not paying attention to the customers who walk in the door, more often preferring to chat and look at their phone rather than doing their jobs. I reluctantly make a visit here every once in a while as it's the closest mcdonalds, but I will not longer be visiting anymore. To the owner. Terminate Oscar. He does not have your best interest in mind, and does not have control over his employees.

I just saw the add on TV and online for buy 1 breakfast sandwich get 1 for $1. This McDonalds said it's only for sausage mcmuffins and the burritos....the last McDonald's I went to honored it for every breakfast sandwich. Anyways, my sausage mcgriddle had only sausage and nothing else. I won't be going back.

McDonald's is often a convenient choice, but my recent experience highlighted some challenges that could be improved. During my visit on Thanksgiving Day, I encountered unprofessional behavior from staff. Being told my order was incorrect, despite my receipt clearly stating otherwise, was frustrating and unnecessary.
Additionally, employees were seen lingering outside and chatting during their shifts, which did not create a professional atmosphere. While I understand working on holidays can be challenging, employees should maintain professionalism and focus on providing great service.
There’s a lot of potential to improve the customer experience here. Encouraging staff to take pride in their work and addressing operational inefficiencies could make a significant difference.

This place is dirty, the staff is rude and unprofessional, and the food was cold. I’m unsure if this is a franchise or owned by the corporation l, but someone needs to get in here and do something about it. I’m shocked the Health Department hasn’t shut them down. Do better McDonald's.

very bad service I had a 30 minute wait I ordered 5 combos they only gave me 3 sauces I went to the window to ask for a little more sauces and they told me that they would have an extra charge I have no problem paying. The terrible service is that I speak Spanish and I ordered my service in Spanish, another person came up to ask for sauces, an American person obviously also spoke English and understood everything they were saying and they gave him many sauces without saying that they had any extra charge for me, that is a great act of racism towards people who speak Spanish or people who are Latino.
The service and attention of the staff are very bad, you can be there waiting for them for a long, long time and even though they are standing there looking at you, they do nothing to serve you, it is really very unpleasant to go there.

I stopped ordering from this location because it doesn't seem like they can get my order correct. The Order isn't even that complicated.
Normally I'll get 20 chicken nuggets large fry and a spicy chicken sandwich. But I've been to this location well over 30 time and over 60% of the time they mess up the order.
The staff is rude and condescending with a large lack of motivation. Consequently because of these reasons I will no longer be visiting this establishment. I cannot recommend anyone who sees this review to do so as well.
Parking: The parking lot is small and crowded because of this reason it is difficult to find parking. Due to the influx of people and the fast food establishment being adjacent to FM 1960.
Kid-friendliness: I would not recommend kids visiting this location because more often than not I can hear the staff cursing in the kitchen. I can also hear customers saying very vulgar things.

Went through the drive thru ordered a #1 asked for it fresh. Got to the second window and my food was already ready. The fries was cold and my big mac was sloppy and old meat
