This was my first time at this location. I did a mobile order and went thru the drive thru. My order was correct. Staff wasn't welcoming.

We have frequented this McDonald’s before, but we came tonight for a school event and the employees were all awesome! They were face painting, busting out food orders, out in the lobby checking on all of the kids and parents. Grimace even made a appearance! It was a great school event supported by a great McDonald’s team.

Needs to check order before handing it over especially if you make them move out the line to park on the side just to wait longer and have to still get off to get what they missed

Ice cream machine is ALWAYS broke/ not working at the moment or they say we are out of ice cream….. like WTH….. I’ve been hearing this bs excuse for over a year….. at this point just stop serving ice cream! It’s really disappointing.

I ordered oatmeal and THEY FORGOT THE SPOON 🥄 and this McDonald's wont make my order with a round egg every other one does so why no this one? And my Mcgriddle was NOT FRESH this hands down is the worst McDonald's ever

Your typical McDonald's layout, environment, and such. The customer service was on point and they had a guy running around checking on people as if it was an actual restaurant which is the first time I've seen that at a McDonald's. On the other hand though, the fries were either cooked in bad grease, old, or overcooked. The nuggets also suffered the same fate.

Used the app for a large fry and drink. The 2 girls seen behind the window are having a blast of time with no care, hand us a drink and close the window. 7 minutes go by before another employee walks past for me to knock on the window and when I ask she says they are still cooking like I was suppose to know. I assumed they forgot I still had fries. The whole time I hear a fry cooker alarm for over 5 minutes of that time. As soon as she walked away I had fries in bag less than 30 seconds later that were not even hot. If it just came out of a frier I would have welcomed the hurt so good taste. They were warm at best. Just... be better please you are the only convenient place thats mildly safer to go at this time of night
