One of the few McDonald's that actually has served me good food in months, its a pretty quite inside, only two downsides, kinda tricky to get to and no playplace but they do have tablets to use

I went in to pick up a order and I showed him that the order was on their board. They said it wasn’t ready and after 10 minutes I asked again and said it’s on the board then a few minutes later, it was no longer on the board and I asked about it again and they said they didn’t have the order When I said that I had already seen it on the board. The manager came up and grabbed a bag from the section for deliveries and put it on the counter and I said oh so this is the order I’ve been waiting for now. It’s probably cold. He said oh I don’t know and just walked away and I said excuse me do you have a manager and he said I’m the manager and I said well I’ve been waiting for this order and y’all said you didn’t have it. He said well there it is you can leave now and don’t come back so I take a picture of his badge inexcusably rude.

I ordered a Large Iced Mocha, but they gave me a Medium instead and the cup was filled almost entirely with ice. There was barely any coffee in it.
If I’m paying for a large, I expect to get a full drink, not just a cup of ice with a splash of mocha. Disappointing.
First and last time here.

Every morning it’s the wrong order at the drive thru , order using the app get up to the first window we can’t find your order. This location sucks for breakfast completely incompetent done with this location ….. the one on 6 and west is way better

Almost everytime I get a diet coke they give me a regular or a Dr. Pepper. I even went back once to switch it out for the diet I ordered for only them to give me another regular coke. This can be very dangerous for those who are diabetic.

Was asked to wait while in the drive-through order screen, two cars go by on the other screen they have until a third goes throug, and I ask for help was I finally acknowledged to just be told they are busy.... no apology, just an oh well....
