Clean with great employees! Drawback is outside hwy 290 construction. I don't know what they've done here but it's better than it's ever been...maybe new MGMT?

Is ok. They always forget the condiments. I have to ask 2 or 3 times for them.
Not efficient with orders. I was told by the young lady at the drive thru window that customers have to pay for the person who took the order mistake.

Long story short if you are black do not go here in the morning wait till night for the other shift because the older management for that building is racist I damn near had to beat up two of the managers up there for messing up and they refused to replace my order if you are Mexican then go they will treat you right I had went in because they messed up my custom order the mc chicken add pickles but they forgot the pickles when I brought it to their attention they lied and said it doesn't come like that , but remember I said this is a custom order so it can come like that if I ordered it that way I called the number on their sight it didn't work I took all the right steps to ensure my food gets replaced but I didn't get it he also told me if no one answered the phone I can't help you then when I asked for another mc chicken not only did he charge me for it he put pickles on the side for me to put on the burger like huh morale of the story I had to come back like 8 at night and explained the process and what happen to someone that was black but the management was Mexican she was nice and confirmed it so I got my food back sad what people put you through cause they have a racial problem with blacks on the morning shift i advise you to avoid this place but if you do go in you are black go at your own risk and check your food before you leave cause they will mess it up and give you a hard time if you dont bring it to they attention before you leave the two older mexican guys thats in management will make up the most excuses to not do right by the customer and replace the food they need more mixed management staff for the management in the morning and no this not the first time I had got into with these ppl there and also no I'm not racist this is just the vibe and feeling they give off which is why i said I feel there management is racist because it constantly happens which is sad i hope they make some changes there soon for it is much needed

I will not give McDonald's one star they suck. And I worked there over 20 yrs ago if I knew then what I know now. I would have never worked there much less eat there and feeding my kids there.Zero stars for McDonald's 5 stars to employees. But McDonald's should be ashamed feeding our kids' ugly food

Food was cooked just enough to be edible but the chieck nuggets wasn't cooked long enough they were soggy in the middle, the French fries were cold when I got them and tasted stale.. most definitely nothing fresh about this place.. and I can not believe McDonald's replaced the play area with four screens with games on them!? What has this world come to! The one person I did talk to was snappy and short. Not customer service at all!
