This is the worst McDonald I have ever been, every time I come to order through the drive through they always get it wrong or either missing items .. This is every time. Staff are lost all of them. I called to inform the manager she passes the phone to someone else. Never again they need a whole new staff.

Horrible costumer service !
I visited your drive-thru location at 10:55 pm. After a prolonged wait with no acknowledgement from staff, I proceeded to the drive-thru window. An employee, who appeared to be on a personal call, ignored my presence until I honked my horn to gain her attention. Her response was dismissive and unprofessional. I explained that I had been waiting to place an order, but was informed that the business was closed. When I inquired about closing time, I received a curt response indicating closure at 11:00 pm. I pointed out that it was 10:57 pm and my order could have been taken several minutes prior. The employee stated she was instructed by her manager to cease taking orders. Despite requesting to speak with the manager, I waited for an additional five minutes without receiving any acknowledgement or resolution. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and the apparent failure of management to address my concerns. I hope this feedback will lead to improvements in staff training and customer interaction protocols.

The curbside service is very bad, very slow, the last 3 times that I used the device I waited for more than 10m or more until I said I have enough and went inside to talk to the manager.

The customer service here is trash and the management needs to improve drastically. The employees here don’t care about their job and do not know anything about customer service. Retraining at this location is a must! Also take at look at Yelp reviews.

I checked the bag, and it had the fries and a hamburger. When I got home, I found it was the wrong hamburger, so I had to go back with all the traffic for them to get it right.

Ordered on the app: the parking spots for mobile pick up were full so we were through the very empty drive through. We ordered ONE HAPPY MEAL— they pushed us Uber to wait on the side and we’ve been here for thirty minutes, the forgot the drink, and brought the burger out incorrectly. Then took another 15 minutes to bring the burger out. ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I just left out of this McDonald’s my husband and I came to enjoy breakfast in the dining room order#94. Our experience was ruined by whatever manager that was on duty in the kitchen yelling and talking down to the employees like they were slaves. The whole dining room was looking in disbelief. This is unacceptable and you need to talk to your employees and find out how they are being treated cause in my opinion they aren’t being treated correctly. The employees you could see had a look of stress on their faces and I don’t blame them one bit. Me personally would have walked out and found me another job. Whatever manager that was back there talking to those employees that way yelling at them needs to be fired. I will never come back to this location!
