Today I had the worse experience ever the manager Sandra is rude and disrespectful and for her to be in management she needs more training.
I order 2 scrambled eggs and 2 piece is bacon she literally stood at the window and said to me I broke the bacon with my hands which is why it look like that i asked for a refund she said call corporate and request a refund and refused to give me a refund or correct my order when I asked her to write corporate number down she said no it’s right there you write it down. I’ve never had a concern with this location until today.
Sandra if you don’t like your job quit if a order is not present well it will be returned you wouldn’t eat anything cold and prepared bad so you couldn’t have expected me to eat bacon you broke apart and present as if a dog was eating it. Your rude and lack professionalism.
Thank you to the manager that tried to correct my concern but it wasn’t enough Sandra should have corrected it not conducted herself the way she did. Corporate has also been contacted.

I’m so sick of this place messing up my order. And they wonder why A.i is replacing everyone.

If I could give a zero rating for this review I would. I have never been treated with such disrespect as I did last night. On 8/31 around 10:15pm last night I pulled in to order food for my two daughters with me (5 and 12). When I walked up to the door, I realized it was locked. I checked the hours and verified that dining hours were until 11pm, so I knew I was within the allotted time frame to order inside. I noticed a woman (whom later I found out was the manager) and knocked on the door to get her attention. I motioned with my hands that the door is locked. She acknowledged my presence but shook her head and kept walking as if she didn’t want to fix the problem. I noticed another employee there and tried to explain with my hands pointing to the door that it was locked, he waved his hands toward me to “shoo me off”. I was appalled. I got back in my car, went to the drive through, ordered food and when I got to the window I explained my issue to the employee that came up to the window and requested that because dining hours were still open, if I could pay inside so my daughter could use the restroom. He went to ask his manager, who said no. I asked to speak to his manager, and it was the same woman who disregarded me at the door. I explained my situation to her, she said she apologizes but she cannot physically open the door once it’s locked…I asked if there was a key she could manually use, mentioning again that we promise not to dine in, that I was within the timeframe of the advertised dining hours and I simply wanted to let my 5 year old use the restroom. She suggested I leave and go to a gas station. I stated the reason I came here is because your hours show you’re open, I would have rather given McDonald’s services than a convenience store. She said, she can come in by herself? I said she’s five…she said oh. Sorry. Then she walked away. The guy at the drive through pulled out the machine for me to pay, I turned to my oldest daughter and asked if she would take her little sister to the door and they would open it for her to go to the restroom. Once my daughters walked to the door, the employee asked for payment again. I said I will pay once she opens the door like she promised. My daughters waited at the door until drive through employee finally went back to his manager and said they are at the door what do I do? I overheard her say, “she’s still here? She hasn’t paid? Okay…then open the door” the man walked over, opened the door for my daughters then came back to collect my payment. I had to wait outside the dining area in the parking lot until they were done.
Not only was the manager not following the McDonald’s hours of operation, she suggested I take my business elsewhere, intentionally losing a customer. Then she alluded to a half promise of letting my daughter use the restroom with no intent of keeping that promise after she collected my money. Then afterwards, making me wait outside of a locked door for my daughters to come out.
I understand that late hours sometimes bring in unwanted customers, however I was nothing but respectful toward everyone, explained my dilemma and mentioned I’d fully pay and leave without dining, I just needed to use their restroom before our 40 min drive back.
I did not catch her name, but by the timestamp mentioned above, McDonald’s recording device and my own recording device (if needed) you can deduce who caused the poor managerial services on 8/31 around 10pm-11pm.
0 out of 0 would not recommend this location.
I have had okay experiences with this location in the past, but this time when I opened my chicken sandwich the bun was MOLDY. So yeah not going to be eating at this location anymore, I feel sick just thinking about how many times I’ve eaten here.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location. I ordered a Double Cheeseburger with extra cheese and no onions, and it came exactly the way I asked for. The fries without salt were delicious, and everything arrived at my table super quickly, in about 10 minutes. I ordered through the app, which has lots of promotions and also lets you collect points.
The place was very clean, and the staff were kind and polite. I was also happy that the sauce was free of charge.
I really recommend this location, especially for lunch time. The only thing I found a bit unsafe was an external hydrant on the wall near the entrance if you’re distracted, you might bump your chest on it since it’s right in line with the door.

I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life and at a McDonald’s, of all places! I placed my order, and they got it wrong. Fine, mistakes happen. But when they brought me the “replacement,” the so-called manager literally yanked the burger out of my hand without saying a word. We ended up in this ridiculous tug-of-war over the sandwich the burger flew one way, the bun went another a complete, humiliating mess in front of everyone.
Then, as if that wasn’t enough, when they brought the “correct” burger, she slammed it onto the counter like she was doing me some sort of favor. No apology, no courtesy, nothing. I left feeling shocked, humiliated, and wondering how someone with that attitude could ever be a “manager.”
If these employees are so unhappy working for little pay, they should find another job instead of taking it out on customers. There is absolutely no excuse for treating people this way. I will never return to this location.

We went to the McDonald's on Cypress N. They didn't get the shipment in for the hello kitty/turtle toys. Understand. They told my son to go to any location and they could swap the toys. We had ordered 3 happy meals. They didn't even try to JUST SAWP THE TOYS. Instead they told him they could not help them with other locations issues
Horrible customer service

Just recently purchased from this McDonald’s and was told by the manager that paying customers cannot receive cups of water, PER T the owner of the establishment it is against policy to give out cups of water to paying customers.

The manger doesn’t know how to treat customers. Unlikely grant road/ louetta customer service is way too high and appreciated. Poor customer service for this location by manager so called she said “ she is the manager”. Where as the cashiers and associates are friendly.
