Ninja Matcha

This review is strictly regarding the staff present tonight. I entered the establishment in need of water and when I asked for water I was scoffed at by the young man behind the counter. I didn't know if it was because I was interrupting his time on his cell phone or if it was because I was asking for bottled water. With a roll of his eyes, he said he could offer me a cup of water and I thanked him. When he handed me the water I asked to pay and he told me it would not cost anything. As I reached to grab the water he commented that my need for water would impact the turtles though. I thanked him for being rude to me and left the water there for him.

I greatly appreciate his attention to the impact that plastic materials have on the environment as I try to do my best to leave little impact myself. I would never make a snide remark towards somebody and act self-righteous though.

I would assume one with such strong environmental compass would not work in an establishment that uses Plastics in the first place.

I got the matcha affogato and it tasted alright. Nothing special. The place is cute and I would come back to try other things.

I was excited to try this place after reading the reviews and ordered an iced lavender matcha with oat milk, but it was not good at all. It would not stir or mix well. It also tasted like low quality matcha that’s very watery. So disappointed for a $8
matcha.🥲

Ordered the soft serve mix of matcha and vanilla on a cone and it was so good. Will definitely be returning to try more of the menu items!

Ninja Matcha is a great stop for matcha lovers! They have a great selection for matcha and hojicha drinks and desserts.
I really like matcha desserts that aren't leaning too vanilla or sweet. I love that they offer 4 levels of matcha ice cream, which you can get 1-2 scoops or in a small/large pint. You can also add in toppings, I like adding oreos chunks!
I got a level 3 this time, and it's slightly sweet with a great tea flavor.

The staff ate friendly and the place is spacious and clean. They have tons of seating, and a long bench incase you have a large group. Great place to study due to its chill atmosphere or chat with friends!

Excellent quality matcha- literally everything I’ve tried has been amazing. I have ordered many matcha lattes in Chinatown and this is my favorite. I am so happy I discovered this gem of a matcha shop.
