Amazing atmosphere with the choice of oldies love songs, exceptional service, and the food was affordable. I’m not from the area but I would definitely make a trip to this restaurant again to get away from the city.

Service is slow and generally unfriendly. I've been 2x and thought my experience the first time was a one off. Ate in the first time and got it to go the second. Bread was soggy in my to go sandwich. Probably won't give an opportunity for a 3rd strike.

I have really enjoyed the food, whether eating at the establishment or taking the food to go. The owner is very personable and cares about her establishment and employees, and it shows in the food and service. As mentioned in other reviews, one or two of the employees may look like they could be mean. However, I can not stress this enough that they are not mean. In fact, they are very nice and caring and will take care of you very well. I recommend eating here at least once and letting the food do the rest of the persuading.

Great food. They really have a packed restaurant here. Friday and Saturday night they have a live singer and a belly dancer.

It was a wonderful surprise to find this place recommended by a new friend. Will definitely come back to try more dishes precisely selected for Mediterranean tasty food. First impression is that it's a very clean place. You don't find many in Houston.

Tried to get lunch by dining in. Sat down at 12:10, waitress didn't get drink orders for over 10 mins, and then another 10 after brining those drinks to order the food. We had to be out for a meeting a 1pm, but food was still not even out by 12:45, (over 30 mins since we arrived). At this point, we ask for the food just be boxed, which still didn't come out until 12:55. Food itself was middling at best, rice was good, but the wraps were sub par. We ordered everything from lunch menu. Clearly they were understaffed and I feel bad for the waitress, but the level of service was just not acceptable.Might be a good restaurant if you have time, but not good for lunch.

The service has really gone downhill in the last year or so. When you stop in to pick up an order, no one will make eye contact nor acknowledge your presence. If you assert yourself and try to get someone's attention, they become quite rude. It's a catch 22. We've stopped in a few time and I guess because we are not "regulars", we've been virtually ignored. The food is good though. But I found that we can get the same food elsewhere with much better service. I also used to stop in and pick up feta and olives from the counter (when I could get someone to wait on me) but recently found that Phoenicia has the same items so I go there instead. Just as an aside, they had much better service in years past. Not sure what changed.

Stopped in while in town and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The ambiance was amazing and the live entertainment was fabulous.... we were there on a Friday night and they had live music and belly dancing. The food was fabulous. We had the frenze plate that had five different appetizers and none of us could decide which was our favorite. All of the food was amazing and the tiramisu was the best I have ever had. Ever. So delicious. The service was fantastic as well. From the waitstaff to the owner personally greeting us, it was seriously top notch. All around a five star experience. We LOVED it.

Bad experience. The waiter was very rude and charge for the food we weren't eat. THE FOOD QUALITY WAS PATHETIC. Never ever visit this place again. I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF I COULD.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS PLACE !. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. My friend ordered the food and it tasted terrible. He complained to the waitress/manager and she was VERY RUDE ! . She asked him very rudely and loudly which way he wanted the food to be and what his expectations were. She DOESN'T KNOW how to treat customers and didn't offer to order something else on the menu even after he offered to pay for the first dish. She needs to learn how to treat customers! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT EAT FROM HERE.
