Mellow Mushroom has been my favorite pizza since I lived in Lexington 10+ yrs ago. This location is just as good as the rest! I'm never disappointed! I hope it opens back up soon.

Not the best Mellow Mushroom. We have been to this place in Asheville,NC and Greenville,SC and this place has nothing on the original Mellow Mushroom. It’s sad to be honest and the food isn’t that good either for the price!.this place needs to be remodeled and bring the real Mellow Mushroom art back that it was based on..

This place is a jungle of high chairs and kids. The vegan option.is salad. Parking easy great location at 20th and shepherd several beers on tap. My friend complimented pizza and the Caesar salad. Salad and vegan cheese pizza are vegan options( anchovies not anchovy paste The service is fast and friendly. Ample parking, great location. This has become my.uber eats pizza of choice it arrives, hot, correct, and delicious

Came here for dinner with a friend. We came in around 6:30 and the place was almost completely empty. The staff was quirky and even though the place was empty they had slow service. Our pizza was okay , the outside was nice and crispy but the inside dough was almost raw and very chewy.

Food is good, staff is nice, but ordering online is a mess. 2nd time I've ordered roughly 1.5 hours head of time, received a confirmed pick up time, and and then had to wait an extra 40 minutes from my pick up time to get my order. They weren't busy inside and people came in after me and had their orders ready upon arrival. It's probably better to just order there if you want the order in a timely manner.

My friends and I really love this place! We always receive the best food and the best service no matter when we decide to pop in. Today was no different we had an amazing server, Brian (sorry if I picked the wrong spelling), that was super sweet and let us chat for a bit before ordering and after finishing. He wasn’t pushy or annoyed that we wanted to linger or were undecided on our orders. We tried a few different items today and the kitchen definitely didn’t disappoint. A big thank you to the entire staff, especially Brian in the blue shirt. We watched you guys work together and have get communication throughout our time there. Makes coming back again and again a priority. Your location has to be one of my favorites of the whole chain. ?

The service was so bad! Our server was doing everything but waiting on us. We would've definitely bought more drinks if she had bothered to ask if we needed any. We had to go and get her to get our check. The food was really good, but I definitely would never go back to that location. Also, there were 2 people outside doing some sort of fundraiser and one of them asked us to buy her some food. We were evacuated from a hurricane and absolutely didn't have the means to feed anyone. It was extremely off putting!

Mellow Mushroom will get a re-do & I anticipate a higher rating.Food is great, atmosphere is "alive" & all was good until an entree didn't arrive with the order. Five minutes turned to ten, ten into 30 & longer.Our server & the manager were able to make an impression that, gives me the confidence of more stars to come & if I didn't say it already, the food is great!

Thank you for having vegan options! The pizza was so good and I liked how the vegan cheese melted and tasted. Crust and toppings were great too.
This the worse mellow mushroom I’ve been too… I get the BYO loaded with a BUNCH of toppings, it always cost more than 30$. I should have taken a photo sooner, my bad. I for real didn’t pick anything off and all of my pizza was like this.Just about any frozen pizza would be better than this. If the toppings were concentrated in the middle I wouldn’t be as perturbed.Hire a new Plummer. The only toilet ? working literally flushed for more than 5 mins straight. Just stayed flushing…The only reason why you get 2 stars is the staff was as friendly as they could be. My waitress Lillith was the highlight of our meal.So sad because I thought mellow mushroom had the best pizza! I can’t waste my money here again for practically 30$+ cheesy bread….

I first went to a Mellow Mushroom in Durham, NC and it was awesome. I was surprised they had one this far down in Houston. They're incredible! Fantastic pizza, great subs and awesome service/atmosphere. Can't get enough of this place!

This place is pretty solid I must admit! Good ambiance and good food! A lot of people have complaints against the staff but me personally had a great experience! My first time ordering they unfortunately made my pizza incorrectly, which is inconvenient but hey things happen! No sweat! I don't know if he was the manager or not but one of the guys came over and made sure I was taken cared of, he refunded my pizza, remade my pizza, and told me to keep the incorrect pizza! That's how you handle a bad situation!! And even if this pizza was the worse I ever had I still would have given atleast 3 stars because of this service!
