This bakery made right what was an honest mistake. I had ordered a wedding cake with raspberry filling… which was overlooked. Upon my contact with the bakery about this mistake they did not question and refunded me half the cost of the cake. They were very generous in this refund and stood by their word to serve their customers. I sent in a picture of what I wanted and they recreated the cake exactly. I have never ordered a cake before and was so worried it wouldn’t turn out right but it was absolutely perfect! It tasted so good too!
This is my favorite bakery! They are super accommodating with last-minute requests, and their cakes are absolutely delicious! I've been a loyal customer of Memorial Bakery for 8 years, and they've always come through for me. Plus, their prices are great, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
