This place is beyond disgusting!! There is no soap and either bathrooms and has been this way for a minute. These workers are not washing their hands. When asked where some was neither of the workers could locate it.

Menchie's Frozen yogurt is a great treat. I like that it has no preservatives and no additives. It has a great variety of flavors. I'm so glad I found a good frozen yogurt place. I also love the friendly staff.

This location was great years ago. Went back recently, it was dirty, tables were sticky, floors were dirty and full of crumbs under coolers, front door/glass all looked like they hadnt been cleaned in ages, half of the flavors/machines were out, toppings were stale and there was a strong must/damp odor. The employees are not jolly, welcoming to the kiddos as they once were. The lady sprayed cleaning spray while my child was right in front of a machine. Not what it used to be. Certainly needs A LOT of improvement to bring it up to a decent rating. So sad to see a business that was once splendid do so poorly. We will not be returning.

We love Menchies. We always grabbed the Original Tart flavor with sprinkles and mochi pieces back home in Hawaii. This was the first Menchies that I found here in TX. Unfortunately, there isn’t a location in my area.
Staff wasn’t there when we entered and was almost done filling our cups before she came out. What blew me away, was the payment device asked for tip, but no option for “no tip.” So I was forced to tip for self service and the staff wasn’t even there majority of the time. I think I can find tart flavor somewhere else.

Arrived at 9pm they kicked us out saying it was already closed. According to their website and google their hours of operartion Sundays are 12pm-10pm. Owner please do better at managing your staff. Thank you.

This location was great years ago.
