This Sunday, I made a trip to visit Menchie's. When I pulled into the parking lot, all the lights were out, no cars in front, and the sign said closed. This would have been fine, but the hours on the front said the hours were 12 pm to 9. Keep in mind, it was now 12:05 pm. I decided to go to another location because the shop remained empty. When I drove past Menchie's again, it was still closed. Now, it was 12:46 pm. I don't know what is with the staff, but they are extremely late, which caused them to loose my business. If you do visit this location, I recommend in the late evening, otherwise, don't plan on frozen yogurt.

Bad service. Came in and nobody out for a few minutes. Then the girl that works here came out doesn't say nothing and was standing there, staring at us real rudely with a blank face, like we're about to steal some ice cream or something. I don't know what was her deal but very bad energy

Very clean that’s why I’m leaving one star but let me share my experience as I’m finishing up I keep hearing the customer that paid before me say no tipAt least five times but I also noticed he got angry. So I check out pressed no tip i choose no tip because this is my second transaction and my husband left a cash with the first transaction checked out and pulled out my first receipt my verbal total I was given was 42.36 but why was my card charged for an amount of 48.71 now I understood why the last customer kept saying no too and left very angry so I call and ask for the manger I asked why are you all double charging that’s not fair the first thing she stated was are you near near for what so wow you know you are taking tips automatically from my card and then the conversation turned wow because she was upset olu but I thought I was supposed to be upset and messed the conversation with if you want your tipBack coke and get it smh that’s sad stealing from a paying customer pay attention to y’all accounts business like this will never go far this isn’t fair smh taking peoples hard earned money and I already tipped in cash she on them.

overall is pretty mid. the froyo tasted good but it was too expensive for the quantity & quality. some of the toppings are pretty good but a lot of them didn't look very great. staff was friendly but they can ditch the mask-- it's 2023 now.

The frozen yogurt is amazing and I definitely recommend the New York Cheese Cake! The service is so welcoming and only has one person currently at the front desk. The ambience is a sweet and chill ambiance.

Has like 8/10 flavors of froyo. Basic and unique flavors. Some are subject to change. Have a variety of toppings. The only things is it costs $.67 or around that much tax per dollar. The normal tax rate per dollar I think is like 8-10¢ or around that much. Feel like some other froyo places would be cheaper.
