Payton was amazing! She was so kind and helpful. She did not mind our questions and banter, even an hour close to closing she was ready to assist and we loved her kindness and energy!

Evening hours. The reason I give service and atmosphere 2 stars is because half of the seating area was closed off an hour in a half before closing, and it was a full house. Someone asked for a chair but was denied. Employees said that's what they were advised by their management. Several frustrated standing customers.

This used to be a go to for us but in last 6 months they never have flavors, not even chocolate. We have walked out twice empty handed. Last Friday we went with friends at 9pm. Two large groups were there and they had closed some of the indoor seating so we went outside. An employee came to tell us outdoor seating was closed, even though they didn't close for an hour. This left no where for children to sit but on the curb of the parking lot. I ask for our money back because we didn't want to sit on the ground. The girl was so high she couldn't work the register, reeked of pot. Never again :(

Someone needs to fix their ordering menu on DoorDash and they would get more orders. The way it is set up is screwy! You can't pick your flavors for a small cup or differentiate the duo cups. Drives me crazy!

Feels like the place is shutting down. Have only had 4 basic flavors for over a month.

Came here in hopes to find a new frozen yogurt place. But honey, they only had 2 machines that worked, resulting in only 4 flavors. BUMMED. I wanted to try a sorbet but that wasn’t available. Instead I went with the very vanilla. It tasted like water. Ugh. The only thing that is saving this review from 0 stars is the nice young lady at the counter and the toppings being stocked. I paid $8 dollars for not even half a cup with marshmallow and caramel toppings.I will give them another chance one day maybe when their sorbet flavors are restocked

This place has gone so downhill from when they first opened. I used to work a froyo place (pink berry) and I know how easy yet annoying it is to replace the yogurt in the machines there and clean them out. I get it.But they have the worst staff no greeting when you walk in and no acknowledgment on your way out. Toppings area is always unkempt and gross looking. The flavors are always “out” which is just laziness really. Honestly hope they just close down and put something better there. Go somewhere else for froyo.

This place is absolutely filthy! The tables, the floor, the topping area, yogurt machines, and trash piled up! No yogurt either. We came on Sunday and cashier was just eating yogurt without a care in the world. We definitely aren’t coming back because if is not clean then you can not trust the food handling.

Shell of the place it used to be. Four flavors today (Vanilla, Chocolate, Tart and Peanut Butter). Two machines not working, two missing entirely. Would be shocked if this place is still in business in this state in six months.

I really love Menchies, but this Menchies, as of late, is not being taken care of. Today, Sep 4, i saw at least 20 people go into the store and walk right out. They only had 4 machines running, so only 4 flavors. Luckily my flavor was there, which is the sugar free vanilla flavor. They were out of the menchies spoons. To pay, i had to walk deep into the back kitchen to see if there was an employee that could be at the cash register for the transaction. He looked at me like i was interrupting him when i told him i if he could please assist me bcs i wanted to pay. I love love menchies...i hope they can find better people to run the store.

Came with 2 kids. Of 12 possible flavors, they only had 4. And we had to ask for them to make chocolate cause it was out. How are you operating an ice cream shop without ice cream!? Also they didn't have spoons. Only forks. Again how do you have an ice cream shop without spoons. Usually this place is great, so not sure what is going on.

I came here hoping to get some froyo; unfortunately, they had no flavors available. When I asked the team members, they said they did not have any in the back. Don't waste your time coming here

We haven’t been to the Heights location in a while, but stopped in tonight for an end of summer treat. Super disappointed to find only 3 flavors available! The rest were either off or had error messages on the displays. We arrived an hour before closing, and all of the outdoor tables and chairs were being brought in already, and half of the inside seating was closed off. Worst visit we’ve ever had!

It's in a strip mall with plenty of parking and a decent amount of seating inside. It's clean and colorful, and was filled with children, the whole place was clearly aimed at kids but I think that's typical of frozen yogurt places, I'm not sure because I never get froyo. They have cups out for customers to try up to two flavors so that's convenient. The frozen yogurt was much more rich, thick and flavorful than most I've had before. I got the s'mores and the flavor was very intense and the froyo itself was a bit thicker than usual. I thought it was very delicious and a little bit went a long way. My sister, who gets froyo all the time said that the price of her bowl was like half of what she usually pays so I guess they have pretty good prices here. She loved it so much she even went back for seconds. A downside however, they only had like 5 flavors, half of the flavors were out of stock. I want to give them four stars but 50% of your flavors being out of stock is a pretty serious offense given that out of the flavors they DID have, only one appealed to me. Especially knowing how picky kids are, I think the lack of options could be an real issue for some customers but hopefully we just caught them on a bad day. Id return if I was in the area and with someone who wanted froyo but it's not a place I would seek out.
