Leaving a five star review because of Jake. Seldom do you meet fun and good personalities in common spots. He really made a normal trip that’s could’ve been a fine check in check out experience memorable. Was honest, witty, went along with some jokes.

My daughter accidentally dropped her yogurt on the floor and all of associates gave me ugly looks. I picked up as much as I could as I’m pregnant but they still just watched and did nothing to help. After my husband and I picked up as much as we could they still continued to stare and do nothing. Customers were stepping all over the spilled toppings (also an hazard) and still they did nothing but give ugly looks.

My favorite ice cream shop!!!! I see with sadness how neglected it is, all the machines dirty, dripping with ice cream, most of them inactive, the staff almost absent, all the time behind. It is a shame that they have this ice cream shop in this condition, I hope they take corrective actions to enjoy it again.

I walked into the store and immediately saw dirty nasty sticky tables. I asked one of the attendants for a towel to clean the table. I hoped that would prompt her to clean the table. Instead she gave me a Clorox wipe for me to clean it. She was sitting with her legs crossed without a care in the world! I said you couldn’t get up and clean the table. She said “No.” She continued to sit doing nothing. I then told her that she gets an easy paycheck for doing nothing. She said, “Uh-huh.” Horrible!! As she sat in the middle of check out not helping anyone. I also asked for the managers information and she said they don’t have a manager or a number to call. WOW is all I can say on this visit and I will be escalating this further.

Really the place is close at 7:20 pm.

Great Froyo and love the flavors. Come as much as I can. However for reasons unknown they were closed and lights off by 8:30pm when they close at 9.

Come here at least twice a month. This place is very clean. I seriously love coming here. Very delicious! My only complaint is that they don't have enough tables.
