Awesome experience , customer service was great , cashier was patient and explained prices and sizes . I highly recommend the vegan bahn mi , food was hot , fast and there was table service . music , temperature , service altogether was very good except the dining area needed to be swept and tables had to be cleaned . Not very appealing to eat across tables that had trash on the floor and crumbs all over the table . overall , great 4.5/5 stars
We visited this place Monday 2/26/24 around 4:45pm This was our first time here and the young lady I believe her name was (Tatiana) explained the different sandwiches & bread, I went with the Farm Club on Sourdough which was DELICIOUS! and a side of the Basil shell pasta yummy! She was very knowledgeable on what the ingredients were in the drinks as well. I had the lemonade it's so refreshing, my fiancé had the passion fruit which he loved. The place was clean, the food was Outstanding and the staff was polite. I will definitely be a return customer. I'm glad they were open as other places close at 3pm in that areaExcellent Customer Service!

I had lunch at this Mendocino Farms location this afternoon primarily because they had a great promotion for the Houston Marathon - buy one, get one free - if you show your race bib. I love Mendocino Farms so I couldn't resist, plus this location was really conveniently located to my hotel. Despite downtown looking a bit desolate (combination of a Monday holiday and some sort of arctic freeze), I met a friend for lunch and enjoyed the peace and quiet in the restaurant! The staff greeted us and were so welcoming, ensuring great customer service. For food, I ordered my go-to, the Pink Lady Beets & Goat Cheese Salad with the dressing tossed in and a side of the Spicy Curried Couscous while my friend ordered Mama Chen's Chinese Chicken Salad with the dressing on the side as she was nervous about how mustardy it might be. We both very much enjoyed the experience from start to finish, particularly our food! Generous portion sizes, fresh, and reasonably priced. I will continue to be a huge fan of Mendocino Farms!

I’ve now eaten at Mendocino multiple times. The curried couscous is extraordinary. Lemonades are wonderful and other dishes very high quality. I recently had their thanksgiving sandwich and it was the only sub par option I’ve had. It was mushy and the ingredients were indistinguishable.

My children and I don't often eat out but when we do it's a treat and eating at Mendocino Farms was indeed a treat. When we eat out we are always looking for healthier options and quality food. We were not disappointed. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure we felt welcomed. The two greatest things was seeing the manger,Ms. Talika, paying for pizza (not chain restaurant pizza but good local pizza) for the staff. Lastly, they blessed use with fresh cookies. They just brought them right over as we were finishing our meal. Hey! you love on the kids, I'm sold for life. We will definitely be back.

A sandwich place with the right approach. Always fresh ingredients and the interior design is spacious, original and interesting.Parking is a bit of an issue - the place is on Man, it's more for a walker then a driver.

Huge fan of the kale ginger juice and several dishes like beet salad but super disappointed to not be able to get a half sandwich/soup and side salad - the tomato soup is seriously YUM.Unfortunately, if you want a soup and salad - be prepared for an awkward pairing of sweet apple cranberry whatever salad unless you're open to non-salad alternatives like curry couscous or basil pesto pasta.I'd requested to simply get some random leaves thrown in a bowl (plain and indifferent to the leaf type albeit spinach or kale or whatever) but nope! If I want a soup and regular unsweet salad, you have to get cranberry apples or a not salad, salad.I was with about a dozen coworkers so I drank my kale ginger juice (which tastes super amazing mixed with the black tea) and a couple of us hit up Sweetgreen on the way back to the office to grab a not sweet salad.OVERALL - certainly not my first pick for lunch or second or third or ever but I'll go if there's a coworker who really super wants it (which is rare)

Expensive for lunch and not worth the money you pay for a sandwich. Limited choices and no dessert available.
