I’m a business owner in the area. If your a born American do not go to this restaurant. They prefer the type customers from across the border. The place smells and produces matamoros dirty water type food. You see the grease floating on all the soups. Watch the cook….He does not clean the grill and pushes half the sludge back into the next meal being prepared. Much better places in the area that will not make you sick.

Worst tacos I’ve ever experienced soon as I bit into it instantly spit it out the place smelt very very bad and unwhelming they should call health inspectors here

Menudo was too oily. The torta lacked flavor and the salsas were not enough to enhance it. Nice family though. The place was clean and bright.

I told myself I wanted to try a new place and man disappointed the food was nasty no flavor and the tortillas don’t get me started.. DRYYY like I really want a refund couldn’t even enjoy my breakfast tacos or fajita tacos the meat wasn’t even cooked all the way…. Don’t recommend

This place was amazing 4 years ago when it was owned by the sisters. Haven't been since then. Came today because I was missing that home cooked taste they used to have, and there was a definite downgrade in quality of food. The fideo tasted like instant package. It used to taste like my grandma made it... Not to mention the giant piece of melted plastic we found in our torta.. safe to say we will not be coming back here or recommending to anyone.
Amazing food you can taste the quality I love the employees that work there all so kind. They serve generous amounts of food and pack your tortas so much food the music In the background touches it ! Would for sure recommend this place to eat !!
