First time to dine-in at Mian to try their beef noodle soup. I was greeted by server and immediately served me their complimentary tea and spicy cabbage. I ordered honey lemon tea, clear broth beef noodle soup and pork ear. The beef broth is sooo comforting. Very flavorful, so satisfying. I didn’t taste any hint of MSG. The portion of beef and noodles are perfect and well balanced.
The food was delicious. Very tasty and a fair price for the portions. However, the service was very poor, particularly the female server wearing the face mask.
We had to order on a QR code and pay at a cash register at the rear of the store. Servers did not check on us at all throughout the meal. Due to the minimal service, I did not leave a tip.
